Vistamar Lägenheten ligger i den lugna sydvästra delen av den vackra andalusiska, vitkalkade byn Mijas. Det ligger perfekt, inom en fem minuters promenad till ett överflöd av restauranger, tapasbarer och kaféer. Det ligger i en gated community på första våningen, det finns en hiss i komplexet och promenad till ingången till lägenheten har inga steg.
Vår rymliga, nyrenoverade, 3 sovrum, 2 badrumslägenhet, som byggdes 2004, har ett modernt, fullt utrustat, helt nytt kök och ett stort, ljust, luftigt vardagsrum / matsal som leder ut på en uteplats med den mest andetagande panoramautsikt över havet.
Vardagsrummet har en stor plattskärms-TV med några engelska TV-kanaler och en PS2 som dubblar upp som en DVD-spelare, det finns DVD-skivor för din njutning samt spel och böcker. Lägenheten har gratis WiFi
Köket har en tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, 4 ring induktionshäll, ugn, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, brödrost och kaffebryggare samt alla porslin, bestick och gadgets som du behöver.
Alla sovrum och vardagsrum / matsal drar nytta av ett nyligen installerat, helt nytt, integrerat luftkonditioneringssystem som också ger värme under vintermånaderna. Lägenheten har marmorgolv hela.
Det stora sovrummet har två enkelsängar uppställda som en king size-säng men kan separeras och klä sig som singlar om det behövs, inbyggda garderober, en TV, igen med några engelska kanaler, gott om förvaring och även en egen terrass med vacker utsikt över by, omgivande berg och ner till havet, det drar också nytta av ett eget badrum med badkar och dusch.
De andra två sovrummen har också två enkelsängar, garderober, gott om förvaring och Juliette balkonger, igen med fantastisk utsikt.
Det rymliga stora badrummet har badkar och dusch. Handdukar tillhandahålls. För din bekvämlighet levererar vi även schampo och duschgel.
Barn över 10 år är välkomna.
Rökning är inte tillåtet någonstans i lägenheten.
Fester eller evenemang är inte tillåtna.

Beautiful ideally situated apartment a short stroll from the town centre. Extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. Fantastic views down to Fuengirola sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine. Looking forward to going back next year

Great Apartment in ideal location

We were greeted on arrival by the lovely Irena, who showed us around the apartment which was fully equipped in every way, in a fantastic location. The views from the balcony were idyllic, which we could also enjoy from the living area. There was also a very nice welcome package with the essentials and a bottle of wine which was a lovely extra we weren’t expecting. This was an ideal base for exploring the area and strolling into town in the evenings for a huge choice of bars and restaurants. Would love to come back!

Great apartment !

Just returned from a weeks holiday in this excellent apartment in Mijas Pueblo . The apartment is very spacious spotlessly clean , everything you could wish for in the kitchen should you want to cook . We just had breakfast and ate out as there are plenty of very good restaurants . The view from the balcony is lovely you can see down to the Costa Del Sol we loved to sit out on the balcony and watch the sun go down . Communication between Margaret and Irena the housekeeper is excellent should you need to be in touch about anything . The weather was great while we were there so that was a bonus and Mijas Pueblo itself is a beautiful village with great views and an excellent bus service should you wish to go down to the Costa del Sol . We would love to come back to this apartment again we couldn’t fault it . Thank you so much Margaret Shirley & Sandy Dobson

Fantastisk lejlighed

Kanon lejlighed, med god udsigt og gode faciliteter. Der er god mulighed for parkering tæt ved dog er det en fordel at kunne parallel parkere. Hvis jeg skal nævne et lille minus er det balkon størrelserne, de er i den lille side men det var ikke noget problem for to.

Autumn sun

We normally have the same week away each year in Mijas. There are four of us and this 3 bed 2 bathroom appartment was ideal for us allowing our 2 friends a bed room each. It's close to the square and restaurants/shops ideal spot. Definitely recommend it (shouldn't really might not be available for us next year) but seriously we'll worth booking.

El apartamento estaba muy bien pero la ubicación no tan bien ya que estaba en mitad de la montaña y para llegar allí las carreteras eran complicadas. Muy mala experiencia con los vecinos. Por lo demás muy bien. Casa limpia, grande, bonita y bien cuidada.

Our stay in Mijas was wonderful. The apartment is modern and has great appliances, with the added touch of Nespresso coffee machine coffee. Liaising with the owner was easy, and she responded quickly to our enquiries. Would highly recommend this apartment.

A lovely well presented apartment with beautiful panoramic views

The apartment had everything you could want, very clean and an ideal location. located in a quiet part of Mijas Pueblo. A short walk into the centre of town, it is hilly but an easy stroll. Parking can be an issue first up best dressed but had no problems finding parking spot within view of the apartment during my stay. The apartment owner is a joy to deal with with lots of information made available. I would recommend a stay it’s a perfect base for exploring the costa del sol.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely town

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is clean and well designed throughout. The owner and housekeeper are lovely-very friendly and helpful. The apartment provides a great base for exploring the area. We did have a car but there are buses from the town that go to different places and the timetable is in the welcome guide. We hope to come back again in the future.

My family and I fell in love with Mijas Pueblo whilst on holiday there in 2016. We were very lucky to find and buy our apartment in 2017 and spent that year decorating and furnishing our apartment to what we believe is a high standard. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our apartment is just on the outskirts of the village. It is in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the main square in high season yet no more than a 5 minute walk up to The Plaza de la Constitution, a beautiful and historic small square where you can sit and watch the world go by. There is an abundance of very good bars and restaurants in the village, all just a stroll away. If you have a car you can usually park it on the street outside the apartment, or within a short walk.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The views from the apartment are breathtaking and the balconies benefit from the afternoon sun if you want to top up your tan in peace. Sitting on the balcony with a cool drink on an evening listening to the bells of the horses being taken back to their paddocks, or the flamenco dancers practicing their dances in a nearby hall, or later on watching the twinkling of the lights of the coast below will truly enchant you, it has us.
