Moon Valley retreat

Clean, charming casita in Moon Valley just off of 7th St in an upscale neighborhood. Check-in was easy. The casita was clean and well maintained. I'll be back.

Cozy and Clean

This property was as advertised. Clean and updated. We liked that it has a king-sized bed. The bathroom was updated and shower was nice. The only downside to this was the other rental units next to it were basically adjoining/next door -- and, due to this it created noise from the neighbors. the walls are too thin and you could hear the neighbors' conversations right through the walls & vents. That would need to be taken care of if we were to consider staying there again.

The property manager was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are nice and quite. There is ample walking/hiking nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely property nestled in the Moon Valley area of north Phoenix. Owners very responsive. The yard beautiful and quiet. North Mountain and Lookout Mountain very close by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host greeted us when we arrived, showed us around, and gave us all the necessary information. The suite came with everything we needed. If we returned to Phoenix, it would be a place we would stay in again.

Very nice rental

I stayed for two nights and was attracted to the property because of the outdoor area and location. Both met my expectations. I will stay there again and I strongly recommend this property if your plan is to be outside.

This unique property was ideal for my short 2 day stay. It was clean, quiet and has everything you need. Nene was an impeccable host, extremely kind and caring, unfortunately I got sick and she very kindly left me, fresh orange juice, lemons, honey and tea. I would not hesitate to stay at Nene’s again and highly recommend this property.

Quiet spot to lay your head

Vey quiet, well maintained property. It a great place to stay if you're out and about town for the day. Only draw back was the lack of more kitchen amenities. Morning coffee in the backyard would have been enjoyable. The neighborhood is great to walk in and feels very safe.

Serenity Executive Suite was very wonderful. The place was sparkling clean, situated in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautifully landscaped private backyard, that invited relaxation. The hostess, Nene, was very attentive, personable, and gracious. We loo forward to returning in the future!

Comfortable suite with beautiful backyard

Stayed here while visiting our adult son. The suite was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed hanging out in the shaded backyard. Nene was so kind and helpful. Thank you!

Very nice room, quiet and safe. Parking was off the street, which was very nice. Home is well cared for and owner is very kind. Only thing that would perhaps improve over all stay would be replacement of the plastic covered mattress with a less noisy covering. I do understand the need for protecting the mattress. Great room, plenty of space, nicely decorated.

Wonderful retreat

Wonderful place to stay for executives, or a retreat. Ninni is a blessing, and went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. One night I was exhausted after a long couple days and she offered to pickup Thai food. It was incredible! Thank you so much Ninni for opening your home!! I will be back with family for sure.
