Disney Family Vacation

This place was great for our off-site disney vacation. Allowed for excellent down days to rest with kids enjoying the pool Everything fairly close by.

The house was in very good condition. Great location. We had a nice time at the community pool. Everything was just like described. We would stay again at the property for sure.

Disney vacation

Overall the house was great! We travel with kids so having separate bedrooms was a plus for us! Disney was a 6 minute car ride and the property was close to stores and food if needed. We did need to buy some additional items while we were there (coffee filters, toilet paper, garbage bags because we used what was provided). We even enjoyed the pools and kids water stuff. We would definitely stay again.

Don’t book here!

I have never left a bad review before so that should tell you how terrible this property is. The place is dirty, the dryer broke - no one responded, my husband fixed it. The dishwasher broke, it took 3 days for someone to come look, couldn’t fix it (but told me they did) so we had to do dishes for the 10 days we were there, which wouldn’t be that much of a problem if there were dish clothes and a stopper for the sink but there wasn’t. Speaking of, the kitchen does not have essentials, like scissors, baking sheets, etc. there’s absolutely no plastic cups, bowls, plates etc for children or to use outside. But just wait.. there’s more… bed bugs. They ‘sent pest control’ (no they didn’t) and said it wasn’t bed bugs. I have videos I can share, yes it was. I asked for some sort of partial refund for the terrible experience to which I was offered a 10% discount on my next stay. HA. There’s simply too much inventory in beautiful Storey Lakes to ever even think of going back. The property ‘owners’ do not care about your stay, avoid at all cost. You’ll regret booking here, I promise you.

Convenient to Disney

Checking into the property was simplified thanks to the communications with the property management company. The community was family friendly and within minutes to restaurants, groceries, and shopping. The unit itself was contemporary and Disney themed as suggested in the pictures. The curb appeal was lacking due to trash littering the stoop. The white furnishings in the downstairs bedroom were dirty, and the bed linens were soiled. The air vents in the bedroom were molded. When we had difficulties adjusting the temperature in the unit, we were able to reach the property management to get it sorted. However, when we tried to reach them regarding the broken clothes dryer, they did not respond. Overall, the property has many positive attributes and with a deep cleaning and upkeep, it would be amazing.

Great place!

Loved the townhouse! Everything was very clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. The resort is nice! We spent a lot of time at the resort swim area in our downtime.

Great location and house!

Loved our stay! Townhome was exactly as described! Home was great for two families! Plenty of room for all of us! The community pool are was amazing! Super close to Disney, Universal Studios and shopping.

Fine for adults

This property was fine, it was clean and the air was cool. The picture on the listing indicated there were strollers and a TV in each room, but that was not the case. We then had to scramble for a stroller rental upon arrival. There were also some issues that needed fixed (door handle falling off, no rugs coming in from the pool, door fell off the track on the laundry room - though they did offer maintenance to come fix right away). The were plenty of beds and towels. I would just hesitate to stay here again with kids as there are steep steps and lots of potentially breakable items. They did charge extra for the grill and the stroller as we found out later, as well as other things. Just be sure you check if what you need is actually included in the price. Easy parking and we really did love the community pool.

Good stay

We had a good stay. The only problem was that the facility housed 15 people and the cookware wasn’t large enough to even feed our 8 people. Maybe a large pot and large skillet would have been nice. Otherwise it was a nice place. The pool was closed a couple of the days which was disappointing, but probably out of anyone’s control.

Summer Vacation

Great place to stay for the price. We loved the smaller private pool to come back to at the end of a hot day. Plenty of room and areas to relax. Only down fall is if you want to use the “Resort” pool you have to drive to or walk a good distance. Over all a good experience.

Blessed and highly favored

Our stay was pleasant and the home was clean and nice. My kids enjoyed the pool. My two yr old wasn't tall enough to stand in the pool. My four year old could hold his head just a little bit above water. There were a few pool toys to play with along with a safety guard surrounding the pool for use. There was also a video game for older children. We never got a chance to visit the onsite amenities. We drove around looking for the onsite water park and it's definitely not in walking distance, we weren't able to find it. All the necessary dishes were provided. I don't think the air or filters were as clean. We all woke up stuffy every morning. There was one room upstairs the door remain locked, this made me uneasy. We had a problem with the door code to enter the home. We call for assistance and within minutes everything was fine. Pros: Clean Modern style Decorated nicely Nice area Roomy/spacious Streaming available Pool Price was reasonable Gated community Up to date Cons: Stains on couch Neighbors were smoking Bug in upstairs bathroom Vents dirty Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and thank God for keeping us. Nice place

Great place! Nice and Clean and the rooms are fun. Close to Disney activities so that is a huge plus. The Entrance gates aren’t the easiest thing to get in though. The scanners never worked for us.

I would rent this place every time I come to Orlando everything was perfect, it was set up with everything needed to move in except groceries. Very clean, I can tell it was well sanitized. I enjoyed my stay!

Great family house

It was a great family house, but the location on VRBO map is wrong. The map shows it's only 4 houses away from the water park, but in reality it's 1/2 mile away, which is a long walk for 3 really young kids.

Great Value for the Price

We enjoyed 6 nights in this property in late February. The home shows a bit of wear but is basically as advertised. Mattresses are pretty firm but it sleeps so many people! The private pool was really fun for the kids. Close to Disney & Universal, I would stay here again.
