Bara två mil från Jacos centrum är detta hem för sex bara en kort promenad från den mjuka sanden på stranden, med en gemensam pool och stenvattenfall ännu närmare!

Denna lägenhet på övre plan ligger i vardagsrummet och ger enkel tillgång till den fantastiska utsikten över balkongen, en rymlig soffa i tvärsnitt och WiFi och platt-TV med en DVD-spelare för underhållning.

Oavsett om du äter inomhus i frukostbaren för tre eller utomhus på balkongen, är köket fullt utrustat för att göra läckra måltider, med rostfria apparater och en diskmaskin för enkel rengöring.

Tiempo de descanso y unión familiar

La B4 es para nosotros casi como la segunda casa, le tenemos aprecio y ya es sinónimo de desconecte y descanso, nos sentimos como en casa. La atención de Edel es excepcional. Siempre la pasamos muy bien.

La Paloma Blanca in Jaco Costa Rica

This is our 3rd time staying at this property(different condo). We love the condo complex as it is small and intimate. This trip we were able to meet a few of the owners. It would have been nice to have a couple fold up beach chairs to use to sit at the beach and enjoy the sunsets. It would also be recommended to leave a full roll of toilet paper as both bathrooms were equipped with partial rolls and we definitely ran out. Overall we loved our stay.

Vacaciones!!!

Nos encanta La Paloma Blanca por sus comodidades, limpieza, tranquilidad, ambiente, excelente trato y calidad. Una vez mas nos hospedamos en la B4, nuestra preferida, increíble vista, excelente comodidad, completa, ordenada, se siente como en casa y tiene lo necesario para pasarla super bien!! Nos encanta!!

Don’t do it. This property is managed by Vacasa they are the worst. We got there and security didn’t have our reservation and had to call to get it. We get our bags up to the 4th floor to find the door codes don’t work at all. We call customer support on the phone forever. He can’t fix it has to call a local company to come out. We report the WiFi password doesn’t work either. We finally get in. But they still haven’t resolved WiFi. They now say it’s too late. Just don’t unless you want to spend half your vacation being annoyed. Just not worth it.

Vacaciones en familia

Pasamos días hermosos acá, nos encanto el apartamento, super cómodo, limpio, super equipado y con una vista increíble!! Desde el balcón logramos ver ballenas y mandarinas entre las olas, fue increíble...compartimos como familia hermosos momentos de juegos, lecturas y descanso... el mar espectacular y seguro!! Definitivamente volveremos!!

Great location

It was a beautiful location and great views and we felt safe with our family staying there. The pools were great and the staff was all very kind. The unit itself could use some updating and the AC in the main living area didn't blow cold air but we told the management at check out since we only stayed two days. Tortuga surf guys were also great and allowed us to rent a board on the spot. Pura vida!

Beautiful condo— BUT AIR CONDIONER IN MAIN ROOM WAS BROKEN—- the WHOLE TIME !!! Beach was a beautiful view from the condo patio, but when you went to it, it was covered with rocks and gravel!!! Not fun !!! Also HUGE PILES OF DEAD WOOD ON THE BEACH !!! So the ad was accurate regarding the APPEARANCE of the condo, BUT NOT THE FUNCTION OF THE CONDO OR THE FUN AT THE BEACH !!!! BIG FISAPPOINTMENT!!

Amazing place with a great view

We stayed at Paloma Blanca B4 for 6 nights at the end of April. It's a great spot with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of amenities like towels and soaps. It was really clean when we arrived. The two balconies were incredible, with views of the ocean, surfers, and sunset. Appliances like the A/C, washer/dryer, and dishwasher worked well. The wifi was really fast too. The unit is in the upper corner with elevator access. Our host Roger was super accommodating and friendly, as were the guards. Outside the unit, the pools were incredible and clean, and the property has a gate with direct access to the beach (the town's best surf lessons, by Tortuga, pick up right out front). Free parking was provided in the lot across the street. The location is definitely outside of downtown Jaco and probably a 15-20 minute walk to the center, but this means it's quieter and more relaxing. We did find a couple large crickets ("grillos") inside, which spooked us a bit, but that might be to be expected in a tropical place like this. Overall, we'd highly recommend this apartment!

Amazing location and amenities

We're a family of three (child was almost 2) embarking on our first trip post-pandemic. We'd been to Costa Rica before, but not the Jaco area. We were looking for something close to San Jose (not wanting to get off a long plane trip and drive 4 hrs). We also wanted something beachfront with a pool. Honestly, La Paloma Blanca could not have been more perfect. The rooms were a good size, very clean, and we loved the showers. We were at the end of the building so didn't worry as much about disturbing other people the first night. Our car was secured, but easy to access- many thanks to the security folks who were on it every time we needed to get the car! Vacasa was extremely prompt answering my questions beforehand and even checked in on us during our stay. All interactions were very professional and friendly! The grounds were immaculate and the pools were really nice. Our child turned out to prefer the beach more, and it was so easy to just walk out for an hour or so- not worry about parking or hoards of people. We loved the beach, good waves, but shallow for a good bit so we could play in the water. The water was warm!! The sand is dark but washes off easily. It was a nice long beach, and very quiet. Beautiful sunsets!!! There were several restaurants close by that were tasty and convenient. We liked the location a bit outside of Jaco, but it was a quick 5 min drive or 20 min walk if we wanted to go there. From our location we went to Manuel Antonio easily, drove up to Bijugal waterfall (spelling), and went a few other beaches. Other beaches had more clear water, but the shore break made it not as fun for a small child, so we preferred "our" beach. There seemed like so many activities to do in the area so I definitely see us coming back! I read probably thousands of reviews of where to stay and I was so pleased with our choice.

Perfect location

Safe, quiet complex with great ocean views and quick, easy access to the beach. The unit has a large king bed, and two twin beds, with a pull out couch. The beds were comfortable, but the pull out couch was so/so. Don’t count on it for a good night sleep. The rooms all had blackout curtains. Two bathrooms with showers, one in the master and one in the main area. The complex is awesome. It’s so clean and the pools are exceptional. The staff is friendly. You will have to park across the small street if you have a rental (only owners can park in the gates. The parking is gated and locked and your car is safe there. You can watch the surf from your balcony, and it’s about a two minute walk to the beach. Plenty of food options close, but you’ll have ti drive into the main Jaco street for the best options. Still, only a few minute drive. Vacasa is a professional management company - they have exceptional communication, quick response, and work hard to make your experience great.

First visit to Jaco

It's a small condo complex that is very nicely kept. 60 second walk from the unit to the ocean. 24 hour security that are both friendly and helpful. I sat most mornings of our 11 day stay watching the very colorful macaw's fly by from the covered deck. Sunset! you bet

Not too satisfied

Check-in did not go smoothly, because the login code did not work or was not sent in time. I've had this problem with VACASA before. You can't expect all customers to carry a smartphone. Also, the internet connection was slow. Everything else was OK.

We love this place from the pool, to the kitchen and the washer and dryer was a bonus. Get location to the beach. Wish there would have been more flexible when we got into town and to put our luggage.
