2 sovrum (Queen och Queen + enkelsängar) med 2 badrum (stor dusch / dusch + djupt bad), välutrustat pentry, privata verandor, tvättstuga, BBQ underhållande utrymme öppning till trädgården.
Sea glimpses, gård och buske vyer och havsbrisen.
En hektar trädgårdar med en lily dam dam och en 1880 tågvagn.

2km till stranden. 10 km till Mon Repos sköldpaddor nestning / kläckning (november till mars).
Snorkling i närheten vid Barolin Rocks, Coral Cove och Hoffmans Rocks, Bargara. (5km)
Dag båtturer till revet från Marina (20mins) t.ex. "Lady Musgrave Experience".
Dagsflyg till revet från Bundy flygplats (20mins) till Lady Elliott Island.

'Seabreeze Sojourn' är ett 1890-tal Queenslander HIGHSET-hus som har blivit räddat, återställt och restaurerat med klassisk, elegant stil och modern komfort. Huset kännetecknas av högt i tak, bildskenor och franska dörrar som öppnar på flera verandor.

Rummen har aircon, tv / dvd, wifi. Mycket comfy sängar och kudde val.
Gästköket har diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och kokplattor.
Grundläggande frukostmat och olika skafferiartiklar som redan finns, inklusive några ägg som läggs av våra chooks.
Nedervåningen / under huset: coolt, asfalterat underhållande område med gasspisugn och grill.
Wifi och val av skrivbord / stolar både på övervåningen och nedåt.

"Seabreeze Sojourn" är uppdelad i två med ägarna, Catherine och Paul, som bor i en halv. Vi kommer att tömma skräp dagligen och står till hands om ni behöver något annat än att inträda på din integritet. Gästerna har egen ingång, eget pentry, egen tvättstuga. Elektroniska lås så inget behov av nycklar.

"Seabreeze Sojourn" är inte ett bröllop, men huset, trädgården och tågvagnen har använts för bilder och de rymliga sovrummen med 2 badrum, 2 verandor och air con gör idealiska utrymmen för bröllop.

Comfortable & close to everything.

We had a fantastic time staying here over Christmas. Catherine was a wonderful host and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is so close to everything and all the beautiful beaches. My daughter enjoyed walking around the property daily to see the many ducks that visit the property.

Catherine and Paul made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Comfortable place to stay and lots of old world charm. Spacious area downstairs enabled us to enjoy time with family visitors.

Country Getaway by the Sea

Lovely property on acreage, with views out to the Ocean (glimpses). Sea breezes to die for ❤ Very comfortable and the hosts are great. Nothing's too much trouble and they think of the little things that can make such a difference. Surf beach with still water inlet only 2 minutes drive up the road. Elliot Heads, Bargara and Bunderburg within 10 minutes. Mon Repos turtle 🐢 centre about 15 minutes drive. Great central location for day trips to explore the area or just to lounge on the beach . Plenty of relaxing spots around the property too if you don't feel like going anywhere.

Amazing Stay

Catherine and Paul are amazing hosts. They are so kind and friendly. They’re right on sight if you need them but they give you your privacy. The property is gorgeous and peaceful! All the amenities of home but with the added bonus of friendly neighbors. I can only describe it as visiting family that wants you to visit! I would recommend the property and the hosts to anyone!

Beautiful relaxing stay

We booked this at short notice and Catherine replied and answered all of our questions immediately. We arrived the next day to a friendly welcome and Catherine and Paul showed us the property. They had left freshly laid eggs in the fridge and they were delicious for breakfast the next morning! We had rented the two bedrooms and had use of a fully stocked kitchen and a lovely verandah on which to eat our meals. We had access to extra fridges and a laundry downstairs. Our kids really enjoyed all of the space, and my daughter got to help Catherine find eggs one day. Catherine also gave recommendations for fun things for the kids to do in the area and we enjoyed the strawberry picking and the steam train at the Botanic Gardens. The bedroom was so comfortable and we fell asleep each night to the sounds of the crickets outside. We had a wonderful stay and would fully recommend this property and the hosts.

Lovely spot, great for beach, exercise and general rat race escape.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Catherine and Paul were always friendly and helpful, the beach was a short stroll away, supermarket and town were a very short drive and the weather was lovely. Couldn’t recommend more.

Top service and accommodation. Stayed a couple of months here. Catherine was very understanding when we had to change the booking. Would definitely recommend staying with this host.

Cute rooms on acreage

Loved staying in the sectioned off rooms of Catherine's place. Everything you need is provided, even a bath which was a luxury after many nights showering kids. Loved the disco shower head too. Catherine and Paul were very accommodating and friendly!

Quiet and homely

What a hidden gem!

We were a couple and a single staying in the area for work. Great to have the privacy of our own rooms with ensuite whilst still having some common areas to share breakfast and dinner. Catherine was a great host and was available when we needed. Great goodies in the kitchen for us to enjoy. Next time I hope to stay for pleasure and take full advantage of bbq area and bath!

Best b and b

We stayed for 2 days nights.. Want to stay again as accommodation was perfect. There was everything we needed was supplied and more. Beds were very comfortable.. place was very clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. Loved it Great location close to everything. Hosts were very friendly and hospitable. They were not intrusive but available when required. Great weekend thankyou to Paul and Catherine

Catherine and Paul have lived in this house for about 10 years - finishing the house and extensive planting of the garden. We've lived out west; up north; in big cities for years and in the Torres Strait for 2 years before choosing this beautiful part of the coast.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We deliberately chose Innes Park from the whole of Australia for the equitable climate and sea breezes. The original house was built in Windermere Rd and then whiteant-eaten, rescued, moved to Innes Park Rd and re-configured and restored by someone else and then we've done a lot of the finishing, walls, windows, paving, paths, solar power etc and planting thousands of plants.

The highset Queenslander house has 19th Century style - high ceilings, polished floors, french doors opening onto multiple verandahs - and 21st Century comfort - new bathrooms and kitchens, wifi etc. The house locks in two halves so guests have complete privacy and their own entrance to the east.
