COOLABAH FARMHUS

Hela tre sovrum familjens bondgård (6 sovplatser) är tillgängligt för ditt eget privata bruk, för helgen, midveckan förlängda vistelser och TV-reklam. Det finns en vistelse på minst 2 nätter

Coolabah Farm House ligger på 100 tunnland, beläget mellan södra höglandet och Goulburn, som är en enkel 2 timmars bilresa från Sydney CBD.

HUSBESKRIVNING:
Huset har restaurerats för en rustik, öppen planlösning av bondgård. Huset rymmer upp till 6 gäster och sängkläderna består av en king size-säng, dubbelsäng, queen size-säng. Alla sängar är utrustade med elektriska filtar och alla sovrum är utrustade med väggmonterade keramiska värmare. Luftkonditionerade i kung rum och vardagsrummet.

Huset har ett nyrenoverat badrum med dusch och handfat. Handdukar och hårtork tillhandahålls. Det finns en kombinerad intern tvätt- och lerrum med tvättmaskin, torktumlare och strykjärn.

En öppen planlösning, rustikt, fullt utrustat kök med en 3 m öbänk i sten, 6 stora utdragslådor, dubbel dörr i rostfritt stål kyl / frys, en DeLonghi elektrisk spis, kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn och Bosch diskmaskin. Tekdukar, krukor / kastruller, glas, porslin och redskap tillhandahålls.

Ett vardagsrum med öppen planlösning med 2x 3-sitsig lädersalonger, platt-TV, DVD och videobibliotek. Förbränning ved spis och utedörren eldstaden. Brinnande ved tillhandahålls.


GÖRA OCH SE:
Kom och beundra en sann Australien-historia. En handgjord 60 år gammal, 5 stativ, fårskjuvbod och en snören, bark höbod. De gör inte skjul så här längre.

Mata kycklingarna och samla in sina ägg. Vi har för närvarande över 40 kycklingar bestående av lagerhöns, fluffiga Silkies & Auraucana är de berömda blåäggskikten.

Klappa & mata våra husdjursvänliga Dorper får, Sweetie, Ingrid och Trottie.

Titta på vår vackra påfågelpans om fluffande svansfjädrar. Ett riktigt showstopp.

Prova yabbie-nät eller fiske från någon av de fem dammarna.

Ta en busstur på 100 tunnland och hitta några infödda djur. Gör lite fågelskådning, det finns många australiensiska fåglar som besöker fastigheten.

Att upptäcka nattdjur är en annan favoritaktivitet.

För något lite mer avkopplande kan du helt enkelt sitta vid lägret och läsa en bok eller rostade marshmallows.

Coolabah Farm House ligger bara 10 km från Bungonia National Park, där du kan våga dig på en buskepromenad, besöka en grotta, se de fantastiska vattenfallen eller bara komma i kontakt med naturen.

Goulburn centrum ligger bara 25 km bort, via Bullamalite Rd, där du hittar många butiker och matställen.

Serene stay

Amazing property just like the photos, spacious for the family to have their own space. The dogs loved walking through the hills on the property and the horses were great to pat and feed.

Love it

Gorgeous area with awesome views across the paddocks. So peaceful and quiet but with lots to look at and do - the ponies and sheep/lambs are great to walk amongt. Accomodation was styled (super cool designs wherever you look) and easy/convienent. We will be back and thank you too.

A lovely relaxing break

We had such a lovely and relaxing time st Coolabah - it was exactly the break we needed. The property was beautiful - in the middle of nowhere, yet not far from Goulburn for anything you might need. The landscape and animals were gorgeous - the sheep were beautiful and we had such fun feeding them with the feed left by the thoughtful owners. Seeing the little lambs with their Mums was a super special treat. The home was cosy and comfortable and we really appreciated the campfire that was laid for us - it was lovely to sit around it as the sun set. We would love to come back one weekend.

Farm stay was so tranquil and relaxing away from the city life. View from backyard is breathtaking. There is a swing lounge in the backyard. Great place to relax and read a book. Backyard was fenced in and great for dogs. It's big with plenty of area for the dogs to move around in. The farm animals were so cute. Fed the horses and baby Shetland ponies. There are sheep, chickens and roosters on the land. Great walks along country roads. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Farm house holiday experience

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this farm house at Bungonia. The house had modern appliances and yet maintained the heritage settings inside. It was good to mingle with the animals around.

Great Farm Getaway

Great farm with beautiful animals and fantastic setting. So calm and relaxing. House reasonably comfortable. Kitchen - All mod cons and clean. Bedrooms great size and comfy beds. Would recommend upgrading bedding as a little worn. Windows needed cleaning and the living area also. I think the house had been shut up over winter perhaps. Great outdoor eating space. Was expecting a fire pit outside as advertised but was not available. Great wifi. Overall an ok experience. It’s the farm and animals that make this place

Easter Getaway

This was our second stay at this property. The location is incredibly peaceful with lovely views from the back patio. The kids love petting the ponies and checking for eggs, and it’s a bonus that dogs are welcome. The Bungonia NP up the road is also worth a visit.

Great place for kids

Kids loved the animals, spending hours feeding the little horses and searching for eggs from the chickens. The grounds were also perfect for our dog. We had a great time.

Amazing farm house

My wife and I stayed for three nights with our dog and had an amazing time. The house is very clean and full of everything you need to cook inside, picnic outside, BBQ or anything else you’d like to do. The land is perfect for walks and our dog enjoyed having a swim in the dams. The communication with the host is excellent and I would highly recommend this stay.

Family fun

The farm house is beautiful, clean and well equipped for cooking, relaxing, and peaceful picnics in the garden. Our 2 yr old granddaughter loved feeding the chooks and conversing with the ponies, and we took a couple of short walks on the property where she enjoyed some rock hopping and dirt collecting, and saw the sheep. Bungonia National Park is a short drive away, and has stunning scenery. A perfect few days of family fun.

We had a fantastic relaxing few days , waking with the sunrise (hows the serenity ) ,feeding the chooks and ponies , wandering the property , checking out the stars at night and chilling out in front of the log fire with a good book ,the house was perfectly set up with everything we needed and the owners were so easy to deal with and were more than helpful and our city dog Clancy now thinks she is a country girl .

Lovely place

Great house on a lovely private property. Kids loved collecting eggs and feeding animals and playing cricket in the orchard. Due to the proximity of dams and livestock, there was also an abundance of flies and mosquitoes so Bring your aeroguard! Please note that the outdoor pizza oven, fire pit and outdoor fire cooker cannot be used in Spring, Summer or Autumn.

The wide horizon

This is a charming farm house, updated to a high standard. It has open living spaces and good sized bedrooms. The absolute best feature is the wide view over farm lands from all sides, but especially from the terrace. No better place to have a drink and contemplate nature. Great for a peaceful getaway . We were well prepared for the house being a little remote from the village, but the host had provided a lot of thoughtful little treats and supplies, so we were exceptionally well catered for.

A wonderful getaway

The place was beautiful. My kids (7 and 5) had a great time collecting eggs, climbing in the cubby house and exploring the property. I had a few queries during my stay but Antoinette was always quick to reply with help. I'd recommend bringing a book and some board games and take advantage of the opportunity to put down the screens.

Thank you Antoinette and Paul for the wonderful stay; we had a great time at your lovely and comfortable house. Our dogs were safe in the large enclosed house paddock…and we really enjoyed the fresh eggs for breakfast. Special thanks to Paul for the ride through the farm on the buggy; it was a highlight of the trip.

Quirky Farm House

This property has some of the most quirky pieces I’ve ever seen used to decorate a house. Whoever was involved in putting this place together, congraz on exceeding all expectations of a farm house. I wish that we stayed longer. The ammenities were amazing however the weather didn’t allow us to utilise it to its full potential. Oh well, next time. We did have a minor problem with the water pump due to the non stop down pour over the weekend. Never fear, our hosts were very prompt in attending to our problems & offered to drive up from Sydney to fix it. You guys rock!!! We managed anyway & fixed it the next morning but appreciated your gesture. Would highly recommend this location for a getaway with other couple or a family.

Relaxing Weekend.

We had a wonderful, relaxed weekend here. The kids loved having the freedom to roam around as we wanted. They thoroughly enjoyed feeding the chickens and seeing the sheep. Great space with a well stocked and functional kitchen.

Fun, Adventure and Relaxation - exactly what we needed!

Spent a wonderful 6 nights at Coolabah Farm House. The house was very well presented and comfortable and the property is so beautiful. We had a great time feeding the chickens, cooking pizzas on the wood fire oven, exploring the shearer’s shed and watching the sheep graze in the paddock... including 5 newborn lambs! We loved every second and can’t wait to come back again soon!
