Njut av en avkopplande semesterställe i ett modernt strandhus inbäddat i en lugn gata bara 10 minuters promenad från vår favorit Rye-strand - Tyrone Foreshore. Detta arkitektoniskt designade hus har 3 våningar och passar för stora familjegrupper med lätthet. Föräldrar älskar den lugna lounge-reträtten på översta våningen med privat balkong i trädtopparna medan barnen gillar den stora och säkra trädgården med gungor och lekplats, inbäddat i träden.

Huset rymmer lätt 12 gäster i fyra generösa sovrum och två badrum:
Sovrum 1 (övre plan) en dubbelsäng, 2 sovplatser
Sovrum 2 (medelnivå) en våningssäng och en enkelsäng, 3 sovplatser
Sovrum 3 (lägre nivå) på en dubbelsäng, 2 sovplatser

Relaxing get-away - Very roomy place - lots of space

Our stay was relaxing, a much need break and to be near the sea, just perfect- All bedrooms are very large - top level has enormous bedroom with stairs up to lop level - perfectly sunny spot to relax - Well recommended.

Perfect House for 2 families

Nice modern house, very large, plenty of spaces over 4 levels and a quiet area. Lots of facilities and extras supplied by host, comfortable beds and kids loved wi fi and netflix, note very steep driveway.

Big and comfortable holiday stay

Had a wonderful stay, the house had everything we needed for a group of friends. The beds were comfortable and we had lots of space to spread out. A week in Rye

Large property with all ,a family such as ours , needs. It’s a challenge for those with mobility issues as the property is built on a slope and internally there are several stairs involved, otherwise all good.

Fantastic for a large family group. Great seperate areas for everyone to have their own space. Kitchen well equipped with all you could need for a large family. Great, safe backyard with swing and monkey bars as well as beautiful shady area for the grown ups. Everything was tidy and neat when we arrived and we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here to complete the Coastrek walk. Having 2 bathrooms always key. One of the bedrooms seems to have a possum in the walls but other than that the house was perfect!

The property was so spacious, lounge up stairs and down, bathroon on each level, well equipt kitchen and soooo quiet. Far enough back from main road and so close to ocean and bay beaches. I will be back. :)

Quiet and comfortable Stay

This gem is located perfectly in the heart of Rye in a quiet location. Ample linen and towels and enough bedding to sleep 12 people. Fantastic kitchen amenities, wifi and Netflix which was great for the kids. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Andrew was a very nice and accomodating host to deal with. Price was excellent for the location, quality of beach house and the peak time we came for the 12 of us. Will definitely consider coming back and we highly recommend.

There was plenty of room for the whole family. Cleanliness was the biggest downfall, however not a massive issue. Cobwebs, dead bugs and dusty surfaces. In spite of this it was a lovely stay, and close to shops, beaches and other fun activities.
