Lovely Rustic Stay

It is an older property but has been kept very well. The room and surrounds were lovely. The hosts excellent and the food provisions for breakfast that they provided were very generous. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet Rural Lodging

Quiet rural lodging, great for self-catering and proximity to the AgVictoria Tatura Research Center and social centers of Tatura and Shepparton. Very welcoming hosts!

Dirty water

The place was clean and tidy but the water used, looked like dirty dam water we couldn’t even use the spa it was disgustingly dirty and made my partner feel ill so we left a day early. I wouldn’t recommend this place again only because of the dirty water.

Quiet country getaway

The underfloor heating provided a warm welcome for us, as we arrived in this beautifully prepared apartment on a cold winter day! The well stocked fridge gave all we needed for breakfast. We looked forward to returning to 'our' comfortable home each evening, after day excursions discovering Shepparton and the area beyond.

Lovely studio quiet comfortable

This lovely studio was very comfortable in many ways. A large lounge with chaise to put your legs up on The kitchen is has all you need to cook a meal. The Bathroom had a large spa & there is a separate shower as well. Our stay was in winter during polar surge & rain but under floor heating was very appreciated as was the reverse cycle air-conditioner. The studio is attached to the main house but very private loved our stay we will return. Thank you for hosting us.

Peaceful and comfortable country stay

Lovely spacious, spotlessly clean and sunny room with a comfortable large bed. We relaxed and enjoyed the quaint country setting with orchards and dairy a short walk away. Thank you so much to Anne for the generous breakfast supplies, really welcome. Tatura was a vibrant village a short drive away. Wonderful stay.

Highly Recommend

We can highly recommend this B&B. It is presented in a very clean manner, is private for a romantic getaway and located in a quiet rural location, while still being only minutes away from town. The apartment is spacious and bright, boasts a fantastic spa bath, full kitchen with dining nook, lounge suite, tv and king size bed. A well stocked selection of fresh ingredients provide the makings for a lovely DIY breakfast.

quiet romantic getaway

this property run by anne was spotlessly clean upon arrival.her partner greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful.food supplies for breakfast allowed for some lovely bbq breakfasts of bacon ,eggs ,tomatoes,yoghurt and toast with a selection of local honeys and jams.loved it would recommend it and will be going back again

A place to stop and relax

A beautiful place to stop and enjoy some quiet time. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast supplies were perfect. The sunsets and scenery was just lovely. I would love to come back again and explore more of the region.

Relaxing home away from home

What a spectacular place to stay!! Minutes drive from Tatura but so quiet and relaxing. Loved waking up to birds chirping and quite a selection of food available such as fresh eggs and bacon, muesli, yoghurt, jam and honey, bread, chocolates, and many options for a cold or hot drink. The bed is so large and roomy too. Highly recommend this place for your next getaway!!

Private and well stocked.

We stayed for 2 nights. The view over the orchards is lovely. There is a nice clean pool just outside. The unit is stocked with everything you need. The breakfast supplies are ample and 3 different types of coffee. Aswell as some DVDs and books for when we wanted to take it easy. There is a nice little patio where we had a lovely platter and some wine. We wanted for nothing whilst we were there.
