Koppla av och njut av detta historiska hem i CWA som går tillbaka till 1800-talet. 12 fot tak, polerade trägolv och vedeldad eldstad gör din vistelse till en riktig landshusupplevelse. Stora sovrum med 5-stjärniga hotellbäddar och linne, lantkök med dubbelugn och 6 gasbrännare med matlagning till matbordet upp till 10. Det finns en veranda utanför de östra sovrummen med gungor och en hängmatta. Den bakre trädgården har inhägnad kycklingar, grönsaksträdgårdar och uteservering med eldstad. Det finns 16ft trampolin med säkerhetsomgivning och gräsmatta. Beläget i stan kan du gå till affärer, restauranger och våra fantastiska pubar.

Tenterfield central

Excellent location, great sized property for 4 single adults. Huge bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Fabulous hot water 😁. Only negatives were the garden could do with a trim and there were a lot of cobwebs on the windows/ frames. Bit creepy as I don’t like the thought of spiders darting about. Not that I saw one 🤔. Overall - very happy with the property.

Great trip

Tenterfield a wonderful place to go for a ladies clothing shopping trip. Good historical sights nice driving. Emergency hospital superb service. People very friendly. We will be returning.

Lovely weekend away

Beautiful home full of character. The bedrooms were large and beautifully presented and the wood fire and electric blankets made for a cosy stay on a chilly winter weekend. Highly recommend for a group getaway

Gorgeous home for a family holiday

The house was perfect for our holiday with our three children and my parents. The house was centrally located and had lots of space both inside and out. The kids loved playing in the backyard and sitting around the firepit. The fire in the living room was beautiful and kept us all nice and warm, and the beds and bedding were comfortable and very warm. An absolutely beautiful property.

Winter suprise

Wonderful residence with walking distance to town. Overall experience was very good and we really enjoyed the quirky residence decorated with interesting decor. Welcomed to the residence with a warming fire going. Very thoughtful owners

Excellent location

A wonderful location, easy walk around town. The property has a very child friendly vibe with a child friendly backyard and books and games available inside. Take some slippers or socks as the floor boards are a bit cold in winter x

Ladies weekend away

Comfortable, clean and well provided with shower, kitchen and cleaning products. Everything you need is in the kitchen but you need to look around a bit to find it all. Eg Tea towels near bread boards and plates in rack above the stove. Highly recommend this place fof groups needing multiple bedrooms.

Inaccurate property description and the Cleaner does a runner

The property was actually 2 separate rentals sharing the same front gate and verandah. The other unit had to walk past our bedrooms to get to their outside bathroom. None of this is disclosed in the online property description. Also we arrived with the other party to find that neither property had been cleaned. The manager’s partner offered to try to find us alternative accommodation however Tenterfield was really booked out. I ended up having to strip beds, pick up wet towels and wash and dry enough for 5 people, make beds and deliver clean laundry to the other property. I also cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. In hindsight with COVID I should have cleaned more. The manager gave us one night of the two free. I have used Stayz a lot and was disappointed with this property. I hope the online description can be fixed. With thanks

Artful comfort

Great spot, just off main road and set back from the road so traffic noise was not bothersome. Other guests in adjacent cottage were lovely to chat to while coming and going. Great coffee a few steps away, loved the garden and al fresco spaces. Generously sized bedrooms and cosy living area, retro styling in kitchen very cute, makes self catering a great option. No fly screens, though that wasn’t a bother at this time of year (spring). Tenterfield was a really friendly historical town, great bushwalking close by and great wallet-bait for browsing in the Main Street. Something for everyone!

Great country cottage

My family has a great time in Tenterfield using this cottage as a base. The trampoline and back yard were a super change to the hotels and b and bs along the way.

Gem in heart of Tenterfield

What an amazing find. This property is the reason I absolutely love using stayz.com! How else would you find homely, affordable, comfortable places to stay like this stunner. I highly highly recommend this to anyone staying with family etc. We had our 7month old and Julie had toys available and it was a really safe environment for him. I loved the we could shut the door to the hall way and contain him in the living/lounge room. It just felt so homely which was lovely for our stay! Thanks Julie!
