Vårt hem ligger i det lugna området Woodland. Det är nyligen ombyggt med bänkskivor i granit i köket och badrummet och vackra trägolv i hela bottenvåningen. Sidodäcket har en grill att använda. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns tillgängliga vid behov. Canal Park eller Miller Hill Mall ligger bara 15 minuters bilresa bort och vi ligger inom gångavstånd till livsmedelsbutik, restauranger, golf eller vandringsleder.

Excellent family getaway

We had a fabulous time for our family getaway. The property was very clean and well appointed. The communication with the host was outstanding. It really couldn’t have been better. Would definitely stay again.

My first time renting a VRBO

This home was a nice cozy home in a nice location for getting around in Duluth. My son attends college and plays hockey at St. Scholastica, it was so nice to have a place to hang out, cook some meals and visit. I would highly recommend renting this home. We will be renting again over the next 4 years.

The house had a old musty odor when we first arrived. Not in a convenient location to get to canal park. No A/C. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful

Making Memories

What a wonderful weekend in Duluth! To be perfectly honest, there was a problem as soon as we got to the property (NOT the fault of the owners) but it was handled so well that it gave us a great deal of confidence that Gloria could handle whatever problem might crop up! Mistakes happen and can’t always be planned for, but how those are handled is the real test. And these guys passed with flying colors! Would love to stay here again!

Nicely updated Hartley Field House

The property was just as listed. Everything was new, clean and neat and tidy. I contacted the property manager about a late arrival and she turned the outside lights on - much appreciated. The only surprise was that one of the bathrooms was in the basement.

Comfortable bungalow in a quiet neighborhood.

This is a great place to experience living like a local rather than being in the tourist hub bub. Access to beautiful Hartley Park is down the street.. Great place to hike and mountain bike.

In town for Grandmas Marathon

We stayed here for 3 nights the weekend of Grandmas Marathon. Very satisfied with our stay. I loved that you could tell this is strictly a rental. Perfectly well supplied kitchen and lots of extra blankets. Our bed was so comfortable! Every room had a separate floor fan which you don’t often find in rentals. Their updates are great, nice to have washer and drier. Super quiet neighborhood that was very accessible to the north shore and Canal Park. Loved it.

This reservation was booked nearly a year ago and was canceled at the last minute because it had been "doubled booked" funds were refunded and we had no options for another place to stay in a very busy city. Lost out on a great opportunity we cannot get back again. Never Again!!

Lovely Duluth Getaway

We had a lovely stay in this updated home in a quiet Duluth neighborhood. Comfortable rooms, nice amenities, and a quiet area but still close to everything you could need and quick access to main roads. The one caution I would give to future travelers is that this home does not have air conditioning. No central air, no window units. I'm not sure if this is common in the area, but if you are staying in the late spring/summer, this might be something to pay attention to. We happened to be staying on the tail end of an unusually warm streak, but were comfortable with the fans that are provided. Overall this was a wonderful stay and would absolutely consider staying here in the future.
