Bring your dog and your kids to our fantastic Hervey Bay location. With just 150 metres to a lovely sandy, dog friendly beach and just 800 meters to the historical and beautiful Urangan Pier, with its cafes, shops and restaurants, LazeeDaze is the perfect spot for your next lazy holiday. . Our house has just been renovated to include a new kitchen, an additional shower room and toilet, air conditioning and a fully fenced yard to keep your pooch and/or children safe. Fresh paintwork and new flooring throughout gives it a brand new feel. Enjoy the winter sunshine whilst sitting on the front patio or the cool summer breeze under the shady trees in the back yard. Please BYO linen and towels as we do not provide any and it's not possible to hire linen on a casual basis. You also need to bring your pet's bedding and food bowls. Please note that, should you be forced to cancel due to COVID 19 restrictions, we will provide a full refund up until the day of arrival.

Wonderful and well equipped!

Light, bright, airy and spacious. Well considered by its owners during the set up with a wonderfully stocked kitchen with literally anything you need at your fingertips. We happened upon markets only 550m walk from premises on both a Wednesday and Saturday. A selection of take aways, coffee shops, and fine dining all in walking distance. Fence suitable for most dog breeds, but take a chain if you have a tiny dog. Beach access typically closer but currently closed

Perfect safe neighbourhood

Us (grandparents) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for New Year’s Eve break with the grandkids. The host were very easy to communicate with in the House was very well appointed with amenity we needed. Our pets really enjoyed it too which Made a stressfree holiday even better.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PLACE TO STAY PITY IT IS NOT AVAILABLE NEXT YEAR.

This is our fourth year of staying at this beautiful and functional home. Close to off leash and dog friendly beach and within walking distance of the markets and local businesses. Very relaxing with lovely neighbours. We are so disappointed that we will not be able to stay here next year as it shows as being sold out.

Perfect Holiday House

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at LazeeDaze. Everything was provided for family fun and the location so close to the beach was great. My 2 dogs enjoyed the off lead beach after 3 pm, only a couple of minutes walk from the front door. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor entertaining area was very welcoming and we used it often. My stay was for 4 weeks and I could easily have stayed much longer.

Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay at LazeeDaze. The house, situated in a lovely quiet area, was very well appointed and close to the beach and all amenities. We were also able to bring our pup along as the yard is fully fenced and plenty of room for her to wander around. We are looking forward to coming back again next year. Thankyou Lorraine

A Perfect Place

We returned this year as we found it a perfect place to stay. We had booked for six adults and it easily accommodated our group. The outdoor area is excellent and we spent many hours enjoying the breeze as we relaxed all together with drinks and nibbles.A perfect destination for a quiet relaxing stay close enough to access everything Hervey Bay has to offer.

Perfect Location

We love staying here with our 3 young children. We can walk to a great park, aquarium, beach, jetty, Saturday Markets, and local shops and restaurants. The house is well equipped with everything we need for our stay.

SPRING GETAWAY

We have stayed at this property for the last 4 years and it never ceases to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. So close to everything you need including cafes, shops etc. We will be back again next year. Very dog friendly property with good fencing and a lovely yard.

Perfect Getaway

This was a perfect place to stay for us. Being dog friendly and only one block away from the dog beach was ideal for us to take our ageing dog to sit in the water. The location is great for walking to the beach, childrens playground, shops, cafes etc. The house is well appointed with every need catered for and the little extras like a trolley to cart things to the beach, toys and books for children, DVD's etc are an added bonus. Lorraine was a perfect host and very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this place.

First joint family holiday

It was a well maintained property, in one of the best locations close to the beach, pier, cafes and restaurants. Has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Beds were comfortable, plenty of kitchen equipment to cook up a storm, get movie selection to keep kids entertained. Neighbours were nice to have a chat and suggest great places to visit and eat at. Will definitely be back to enjoy LazeeDaze.

Lorraine är värd

We are a married baby boomer couple, with 2 adult children and soon to be 4 grandchildren plus our lovely German Shepherd, Rex. We were both born in country Queensland but have lived interstate and overseas. We currently live on acreage on the outskirts of Brisbane where we pursue our separate hobbies and interests. We love active holidays eg cycle touring and walking but also enjoy just relaxing by the beach.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We bought this house with the view that we will eventually settle in Hervey Bay. We've been coming to the Bay over many years. It's a great place to relax and it's perfect for children because of the safe swimming beaches (no surf) and, when the tide is out, the sand flats are a great place to explore and chase the soldier crabs. There have been substantial improvements to the facilities along the Esplanade in recent years, providing plenty of picnic areas and swing/play equipment, including the Wetside Water Park at Pialba. All along the Esplanade there is a great walking/cycling path.

We chose the house because of it's location: on a quiet street but within walking distance of the best things that Hervey Bay has to offer. The recent renovations have created a bright, open but comfortable haven which, we are sure, you will come to love as much as we do.
