Great weekend visit !

We came in for the Highwater Music festival with some family members and the house was close to downtown and the festival. The house was so cute! I loved the colors of the decor and everything that we needed was provided by the host. The host checked in on us and was flexible with a slightly late checkout. I would stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. The home was well equipped with all the amenities to enjoy. The colors gave off the Beach Resort filling and being from Fort Lauderdale FL, the decorations were spot on. Definitely recommend this little Gem.

Fantastic Stay!

We will continue to consider this property our home away from home while staying in Charleston. The consistency of cleanliness and hospitality always brings joy to the quality of our stay. Any amenity you could ask for is already here and the host is so gracious that she even provides items requested for enjoyment at the last minute. Our family is so grateful we lucked up on finding such a beautiful, spacious property that allows us to spend time with ease in comfort. Incredible mini vaca

Thank you all so much for the wonderful stay! The home was clean everything was fresh and the kitchen was well stocked with some food items coffee and great snacks! This made it so convenient not to have to go to the store late at night when we arrived or 1st thing in the morning! This was a perfect location! It was easy to get to Charleston the downtown area and it was very quiet here; a perfect retreat.

One of the best VRBO experiences

This was one of the best stay’s we’ve ever had. Our host, Pat was so welcoming and timely with information. The house was very clean, stocked with goodies and felt like a home away from home. Had anything we needed to make sure we were comfortable. We will be back!

The home was clean and comfortable, stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. The security system was also nice, giving an extra level of safety, even though the neighborhood appeared to be quiet and safe. The location is not far from the airport, with a few low flying planes passing over but nothing that would be disturbing. We had a great visit and would certainly stay here again.

Fall getaway

We really appreciated all the extras that were left for us, we have stayed at many vacation homes and this one tops the list for extras. They went above the norm - leaving eggs, bagels, etc in the fridge for us so that we didn't need to go to the store right away. Coffee provided along with a bowl of snacks - who thinks of that :) The place was very clean and comfy. Was a nice place to come back to after our tours of Charleston. Centrally located which was nice, also a very quiet neighborhood. Owner was so friendly and responsive helping us with tips for local attractions. Would recommend this place to anyone heading to Charleston.

Clean and comfy home!

Visited Charleston in late September to consider as a destination for our family reunion in June. Location of the home was perfect. 20 mins from downtown and Mt. Pleasant. 10 mins or so from the airport. The home was clean and well laid out. Offered a comfortable and homey like ambiance. Well stock with household essentials. The unique thing about the trip was on our departure date Tropical storm Ian made land fall. As a result our flights were canceled. Fortunately for us Pat the owner was gracious to allow us to stay until it was safe. Additionally she coordinate getting supplies (water, flashlight, food, etc) to ensure we were prepared. She was in constant communication with us throughout the whole ordeal. She was amazing and I can't express enough my sincere gratitude for her hospitality. I highly recommend you consider her home and more importantly her hospitality when you visit Charleston.

Host informative, and accommodating, games for kids, the one down side was neighbor played loud music a lot and other cars would drive by blasting theirs too. Wasn’t as peaceful as hoped for.

Owner thought of EVERYTHING!

We usually stay at a B&B or other "by owner" properties instead of hotels. The owner thought of everything! The kitchen was stocked with more than just a little bit of starter coffee and spices - breakfast food and snacks were provided too. We didn't use but had: beach supplies, a child's pack & play, beach towels, games, stroller, and much more. Really great communication by text and email, a nicely organized welcome book with emergency phone numbers, how to use the appliances, restaurants, shut down procedures, etc. Better done than most we've seen. The restaurant recommendations were fire! The vibe staying here was "man, the owners really do care and really want to satisfy every need a guest could have." The house was exceptionally clean too. No, it's not in the historic district, but everything you want to see in Charleston is close by. Just a perfect spot for a base of operations.

Great vacation home

This home was a great place to stay for our Charleston vaca. My husband and I had our 2 children (9 & 13) and my mother in law along as well. Everyone had their own space and with 2 bathrooms it was great for everyone getting ready to leave or head to bed. We had a rental car so getting where we needed to go in and around the downtown area was easy from this location as well as the North Charleston area. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The home owner also had breakfast options for us as we got in late and all stores nearby were closed. Great home, great host, and great vacation!

Lovely home with tons of hospitality

Baseball Families

Traveling sports is hard enough....this made our weekend tournament much more than that, for once we were actually able to enjoy ourselves away from the ballpark and relax in this home away from home setting. The home exceeded our every expectation. My wife and in-laws were equally impressed. Extremely clean and well appointed, stocked with the necessities and basics along with a few added and unexpected perks. This has got to be the blueprint by which short-stay rentals are organized, and if not then it should be. We'll be back for certain. Close to downtown, shopping, and shipyard park.
