River Front Home on Colorado River! Sleeps 6-12. Fish right off the dock! Boat Accessible! Great WIFI! Beautiful 3 BR, 2 full BATHS. Fully remodeled June 2020. Including all new kitchen ware, furniture, beds, mattresses, linens, etc. All bedrooms are upstairs, each has its own door to outside deck. Master bedroom has 1 Queen bed, other two rooms have 2 large full size bunk beds. Down stairs has open concept kitchen and living room with 60in smart TV with local channels. Leather couch has Queen sleeper sofa is brand new comfy memory foam no hard springs mattress! Kitchen and living room opens to nice large open deck over looking the water, your fishing pier, and dock/bbq/fishing area downstairs. Kitchen and living room also faces West Bay so the sunsets are your perfect view every night! The dock and concrete patio downstairs area for BBQ and fishing is right on the water so you can have fishing poles in at the same time! Bring your boat or kayaks! Dock your boat easily at the house. Great Location- 5 Minutes to beach, house centrally located for fishing East or West Matagorda Bay and Gulf of Mexico. If your family likes to ski, the Colorado River is perfect and wide for tubing/wake boarding or beaching your boat to get out, swim and chill! Only 1/8 mile to boat ramp. Just minutes to town or beach! Great location! Beautiful sunsets! Great Fishing! Lights for night fishing on the pier, fish cleaning table, BBQ Pit, and comfy beds included. Incredible A/C, stays super cold even on the hottest days! Full size washer and dryer work great! Bring your beach towels, fishing gear, toiletry items, food and you are all set! No smoking inside the house, no pets allowed, that will forfeit the deposit and add additional cleaning charges. Cigarette butt receptacle provided downstairs. You are responsible for disposing your trash. $25 trash removal fee per bag. $300 Deposit. 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum holiday weekends. Weekly Rate is Discounted. No diving off the dock, swim at your own risk. No confetti, glitter or hanging things on walls with tape or push pins or nails of any kind, boat lift not for renter use. Check in 4pm, check out 11am. Exceptions available upon requests.

Pleasant, clean and relaxing!

Really great place to stay. Nice kitchen and the washer and dryer are very handy in the living area-no lugging clothes up and down to the storage room on the bottom floor to wash. Dock is large enough for 2 or 3 to fish off. We would recommend this one!

Very nice property.

The property was very clean and nicely taken care of! Super close to the beach and such a relaxing setting!! My family and I enjoyed being able to fish all night long! Highly recommend staying here!

The property location is right on the Colorado River, and was wonderful! The owners responses were quick, and super friendly! The house is beautiful and great for a large group! We will rent again! Thanks again for everything!

Summer triip

The beach house was very nice and close to the beach. We loved fishing off the pier at night and the property owner kept in contact making sure we enjoyed our stay. The only thing was the TV was working due to internet issues and at check in the cleaners hadn’t been there yet. But the property owner took care of it right away and gave us a refund for the trouble. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for us!

We were interested in fishing and brought my own boat. It was nice to be right on the river and have access to my boat right down stairs. It’s also nice having the boat ramp less than a half mile away and a bait shop.

Birthday trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had a few hiccups, but the host stayed in contact and handled everything great. Only thing i would add is a light over the bbq and fish cleaning table and some bbq untensils. Everything else was perfect! We will be back!

Best house on the river!

In town for the annual TroutBlast tournament. All went seamlessly, with an easy booking & check-,in process.. The owner, Sabil went above and beyond to make sure our stay was right. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic House & Location

The house exactly as described. Went for a weekend fishing trip and did not disappoint. Bunkbeds we’re super comfy. Location was great for fishing guide it just pick us up from dock in the morning. Will be back in the future.

Overall fair experience. Main entrance door had blind between glass that needed replaced. This was main area of house and you could not remove yourself from viewing broken blind. When your in the glass business it kind of dampened our trip.

Good Thanksgiving getaway

Pros: Nice house, clean towels and beddings, very friendly neighbors. Cons: I had to contact owners the day of to get access information, there was hair left in the upstairs shower and a Trump flag hanging on house. My husband left his laptop after we checked out and the owner was prompt in responding to help use get it back.

We love to hunt, fish, ski and go to the beach so we knew having a home in Matagorda was perfect for our family and friends.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property is conveniently located on the river close to Matagorda Beach and to town. Taking off on the boat in the morning, being able to pick up your family or friends right off the dock and being at the best fishing or skiing spots in Texas within minutes is very nice. This property is also fully remodeled, new paint, furniture, mattresses, sheets and kitchen ware. The layout and floor plan is nice having the bedrooms upstairs away from the kitchen and living room, plus the flow of the decks and BBQ area is nice being able to see everything and be right on the water and fish at the same time.
