Villa Playa Blanca is built in the traditional Mexican "Beach House" style and sleeps up to 20 guests, with 9 air-conditioned rooms. The villa has been newly decorated in a rustic and colorful, eclectic decor. All rooms overlook the large swimming pool and the beautiful white sand beach below. The enticing pool and sun terrace are perfect for entertaining with a large palapa bar, lush tropical plants, and fantastic views.

Located in the beautiful area of Lower Conchas Chinas, approximately one and one half miles south of Puerto Vallarta. Centro (downtown) is about an 8 minute taxi. Los Muertos Beach is about a 15-minute walk. The villa comes with a staff of six that are available everyday except Sunday (included are a maid, cook, and houseman- Food and drinks are extra). Parking on the property is available.

The villa is over 8000 sq. ft., with large terraces, heated pool, and a large palapa with bar for entertaining. Located directly on the beach all the rooms overlook the large swimming pool and beach below. The living room opens onto the terrace and has cable TV, DVD player, CD player, and phone. The kitchen has all the modern amenities such as stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and blender. A laundry room with washer and dryer is available for use. There are seven bedrooms, six with air conditioning. Three bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has a queen bed, another bedroom has a double bed, and the last two bedrooms each have two twin beds. There are six staff members (included are a maid, cook, and houseman) as well as parking available on the property.
