This beautiful vacation home is situated just steps from the lake and in the most sought after neighbourhood in Kelowna. Right across the street from the beach, 7 mins to downtown Kelowna and surrounded by wineries... you cannot beat this LOCATION!!! Private backyard with hot tub year round and a pool from July - August (June is weather dependent)

This professionally designed 3 bedroom, 5. bathroom house is right across the street from Boyce Gyro Beach and surrounded by waterfront restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and more.
This house is designed for guest luxury and comfort each bedroom having king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. With three floors and 3200 spare feet, there is no lack of privacy and space.
The main floor is a spacious open concept living space with 3 story high ceilings and large bright windows. The ground level den has a gas fire place, kitchenette, laundry facilities and large sliding glass doors opening to the backyard hot tub area.
The middle floor has a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are large bedrooms, each with king size beds, flat screen TV’s with Netflix, walk in closets and ensuite bathrooms. As well as the double suite, which includes a bedroom with King size bed, den with sofa, TV with Netflix and a full bathroom.
The top floor is a gorgeous open, comfortable and spacious living area, 56" TV with Netflix, ensuite bathroom and LAKE VIEW!

Location was fantastic. The host was also very nice. The only complaint is the pool was dirty, although they tried to clean it the first day, the water still wasn't the cleanest after and we didn't feel safe to use it.

House has Everything you need!!

We have Five sons with daughter in laws and 6 grandbabies age ranging all under 4 years of age. All of us had the prefect time. House is set up to give us all our own space and yet space to come together. Back yard is beautiful and lovely to enjoy. Great location….. just a 5 minute walk to the beach. 2 minute walk to groceries and resteraunts. So enjoyed our Family time Thanks Jaimie.

Cancelled on us

Booked this in February and did not hear from owners between February and September. Tried to get in contact with them a few days ahead of our check-in with no response. 8 of us flew from Calgary to Kelowna and 2 hours prior to our check-in I finally got in touch with them (me calling them, not them contacting me) and they cancelled our reservation so we had to scramble for a hotel. This place is either a scam or very poorly managed.

Siblings get together

I invited all four of my siblings and their spouses to a week long get together. My niece got married in the area so we were all going to be together for that. What appealed to me about the property, besides location, was that their were six bedrooms, with five bathrooms. So everyone had their own space, along with their own bathroom. It also appealed to me, because it had a large enough dining room and table/chairs to accommodate all of us at the same time. We’re about all eating together and playing games together. It was a very nice space for all of that. The negative comment that I have was that due to the neighbours, we were allowed no more than a maximum of 4 people in the huge backyard, including people in the hot tub. It was a gorgeous space, but not very useful to our get together, because of us being nine people. They have arranged a part of the front driveway into a larger group sitting area, but it was noisy because it was right adjacent to a busy street. My biggest complaint is that there was never any mention of these restrictions mentioned in any of their advertising. My other complaint was that when I contacted the Vrbo to ask some questions about our week, I really didn’t receive a helpful response. I contacted the host directly and only got a voicemail. It was frustrating because I really wanted confirmation before I left home, and I didn’t get it till I was on the road.

Amazing hospitality, perfect set up for a vacation. Everyone had their own bedrooms and practically their own bathrooms. Will definitely be coming back here.

This is the most sought after neighborhood in Kelowna. Being just minutes from downtown but not directly in the hectic hustle makes for our fabulous summer vacation spot. We are directly across the street from Kelownas largest and funnest beach… Boyce Gyro Beach!!! Right next door to us are pubs, restaurants and a spa. Within a 4 minute walk there are 2 fabulous restaurants on the lake, Starbucks, Save on Foods grocery store, liquor store, bank, Dairy Queen, Pharmacy and much more in Mission Park shopping. Centre. In the opposite direction there are the mission and east Kelowna wine tour loops, and a golf course. We are surrounded by beaches and natural beauty with plenty to see and do, with the luxury of returning to the quiet serenity of our home.

We are in an incredible location!
Our home was built for vacation stays! The main floor is spacious and has a private back den area that’s perfect for kids or other members of your group to enjoy a movie or board games without being disturbed by the main open living space. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom as well as 2 additional bathrooms on the 1st and 3rd floors. The added bonus is the third floor loft space. It’s private, spacious and a peaceful sanctuary with a lake view 😊🙏
