This 3-bedroom townhome features 3 king bedrooms. The unit also provides 1 garage parking space and 1 dedicated parking space behind the townhome. Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors.

Fun Girls Weekend

Great location and beautiful place for our mother daughter weekend. A coded lock for the front door would have been helpful but certainly not a deal breaker. This place was awesome!!

Perfect urban getaway.

This space was exactly what my family group needed for our stay in Asheville. The location could not have been better for tours of Biltmore and experiencing the downtown culture and cuisine. The condo is spacious with ample off-street parking. It is exactly as represented, and the check-in process was simple and efficient. I highly recommend this option for a stay in Asheville.

Great Condo

The condo was great. The elevator I loved as it’s a three floor condo. Everything was clean the place is very new and everything worked wonderfully. I thought it was going to be closer to town however I guess they did say it was a half a mile or more so we did have to drive to restaurants and stores. But we had a great time. There areTVs are in every room.

Great location for all things Asheville!

The property was spotless, comfortable beds, and a great location. Just a short walk from all of the breweries and wonderful restaurants, 10 minute drive to Biltmore and other attractions. We will definitely stay here again!!

great floor plan for the ladies; great location

home was almost new; loved the elevator; can walk to most everything less than 1 mile downtown. kitchen could use a few more pans; we only cooked breakfast but the frying pan was our only option.

The flat is attractive and spotless. We found everything we needed (except a decent way to make coffee — those pods are absurd.) The elevator was a nice surprise. (We had no communication with property manager.)

Family Fun in Asheville

Great location - short walks to food, shops, ice cream, and a short drive to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods for groceries. Property was great - well appointed with everything we needed.

Great Location

The place was beautiful and a great location to walk and enjoy downtown Asheville. We loved our weekend and the location made all the different. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location for Biltmore & Grove Park Inn

THROUGH NO FAULT OF THE PROPERTY OWNER - the visit got off to a rocky start. We drove six hours to arrive 20 minutes early for a 4 pm check in. In the past, I've never had an issue with a few minutes early but because the info sheet specifically said not before 4 pm we arrived expecting to just wait in the car - there is only one parking space for the unit and it was taken by what we later found out was the cleaning staff (who had just arrived.) At 4:35 pm, after waiting almost an hr. in the car, we contacted the management company and told them we would just go in "as is". The cleaning staff had not finished cleaning. Floors were not swept/mopped but I insisted on seeing the soiled sheets, so I at least felt confident they had been changed. After we did our own cleaning of the unit, the visit was very nice. After speaking with the property manager, I felt like we should have received at the very least a partial credit for cleaning, but we did not. The location could not have been better for our itinerary and the unit was perfect for our party of 3 adults with everyone having their own bathroom. The elevator is a huge plus for not having to drag suitcases up 3 or 4 floors! The beds were very comfortable, and sheets were nice - I say this because in the past I have experienced less than at other rentals. If I were to offer one thing up for the property owner, it would be to add a gas firepit to the balcony - it would have been a great hangout spot on a cold night.

Modern townhome condo walking distance

Great short stay over Thanksgiving in Asheville. Modern 4 floor townhome condo in South slope area of Asheville. Walking distance to Asheville's great restaurants, breweries, etc. Clean with new appliances and furniture. Would stay again for sure

Perfect place to enjoy Asheville

I highly recommend this town home as it was very clean, great location, spacious, and had all the amenities for a perfect vacation. The king size beds in every room was a big plus with very comfortable mattresses and pillows. You are very close the numerous breweries within 4 to 5 blocks from the house. Can't go wrong with this choice.

Everything was great. One small suggestion. Try to improve wifi and Tv service to 4rth floor bedroom...could not watch Tv and internet connection was very poor. Other than that... GREAT PROPERTY

Asheville Half Marathon visit

The property was close to the start line of the race and walkable to restaurants and breweries and shopping. Very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent place to stay!

This was truly a beautiful place to stay! Great layout, plenty of space for all of us, and the elevator was a plus! Easy access to many different things to do in Asheville…downtown, grove arcade, River arts district and much more! Definitely would recommend and would stay here again!

I’m impressed

This was an extremely well appointed rental space. They had thought of everything, even little creamers in the refrigerator for coffee. We loved arrangement of the bedrooms, and there were two living spaces. So if someone wanted to read, they could go upstairs to the little living area. The elevator was a bit sketchy. We had to call the maintenance folks out three different times to fix it, but they were very responsive and of course it wasn’t their fault that the elevator had problems. The place was extremely clean, and there were plenty of bathrooms. The instructions were very clear. The location was extremely close to all of the downtown restaurants and pubs. I would highly recommend this place.
