Went for spring break

I paid extra for 3 days to have the pool heated and was not heating at all I called the homeowners and they said they have the access to control the heat and they had it set to their liking even after I told them the pool was cold so we paid for a pool we couldn’t use, and the pool was green. And the kitchen drawers had different types of bugs in them like it was cleaned in weeks. And before we left the house we cleaned it but the place was very messy, we tried to make the best of the place. But would not recommend this place at all for future visits.

Perfect

The house had a beautiful pool, daughters had their own room. The house was in a quiet safe neighborhood, close to London bridge and state park launch ramp. It was a perfect house for our family.

Great House-Great location

The title sums it up...we walked to many restaurants and the grocery store plus the house had many amenities that made our stay wonderful. The pool/hot tub were great and we enjoyed them each day after long hikes in the area. We rented a pontoon boat for the day, which was a lot of fun; you can't appreciate Lake Havasu without seeing the entire beauty of the lake. Only wish would be a listing of recommended restaurants-hikes-things to do etc. This was our first time to the area so we had to just "wing it" but having recommendations from someone familiar with the area would have been very helpful.

Great Place!

Loved it… walkable to Albertson’s store, Black Bear Diner, downtown… within 1.5 miles on London Bridge. Beds good, clean home. Great pool, hot tub, patio. Well stocked for cooking. Thanks for the stay!

Great rental

Very nice location, quiet neighborhood. With in walking distance to the downtown Winterfest. Had questions about starting the hot tub, but managements responded the next day, so all was good. The only negative thing was the mattress in the master bedroom could use an upgrade. Has quite a dip in the middle and not very comfortable to us at least. Other than that this was an excellent property. Very clean!

Wonderful place!

We had a great time staying here and it is close to every thing! Us mom’s enjoyed the peacefulness of the pool and hot tub and the kids loved it also! We will definitely be staying here again! Had everything you need!

The most amazing house and property and owner and I will absolutely come back.

I absolutely love this property, it's beautiful, it's comfortable, it's clean everything is new. Dawn is an amazing owner. Dawn got back to me immediately if I had a question or a small problem or questions. This is an absolutely must visit Heaven Haven in Havasu. I will request this property again next year!

Lake trip with Family

The house was clean. Great location and close to the launch ramp… very convenient. Loved having the pool. Beds were comfortable. One of the pillows in the master needs to be replaced; too lumpy. Overall rating if great ☺️ Will stay here again.

Great Location for Vacation

The property was quite nice. It was clean and just as advertised. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful! The location was near fun shops, restaurants, and bars and the grocery store was just a short distance away. We walked several times and it was only a few blocks away. The number of pool towels were nice to have for our group of 6.

Would Stay Again

It was perfect for our Ladies get away. There were 4 of us so the 3 bedroom, 2 bath worked out perfect. We had light breakfasts and went out or ordered delivery for meals. So did not use much in the kitchen other than drinkware. There were both bath and pool towels, The owners were very nice to work with!

Great Base for Vacation!

The property was quite nice. It was clean and just as advertised. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful! The location was really great too. Near fun shops, restaurants, and bars and the grocery store was just a few blocks away. Small issue with the smoke alarm, but it was addressed by the manager quickly. I'd stay there again!
