Surrounded by native gardens, the ambience of this property is enhanced by its position opposite native parkland, where you can stroll through protected remnant Ironbark forest to a children’s playground and BMX track.
Light-filled and full of comforts, this beautiful property is oriented to the north to capture the outlook over the resort-style outdoor area, with full span sliding doors to the expansive alfresco deck, pool and tennis court beyond. Enjoy the sun from the comfort of the outdoor dining setting and BBQ area, in full view of the kids in the pool, spa or tennis court.

The second lounge room has a comfortable sofa, Smart TV (log in with your own Netflix/streaming account details) and direct access to the backyard – it’s the perfect kids retreat! There is also a Study/workspace with a desk for executives that need to work or study during their stay.
The large central kitchen features Vic Ash timber cabinetry and offers quality appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, a large Butler’s Pantry and bar stools at the breakfast bar for informal meals. Seating for 10, at either the indoor or outdoor dining table, will be the site for memorable meals and conversation.
Location wise, this idyllic lifestyle promises to sweep you away from the hustle and bustle of busy life and traffic. As our guests, you will benefit from the close proximity to beautiful beaches and all the conveniences of the Torquay shops, yet once you arrive 'home', you are totally removed from the hype of town.
This home has four bedrooms. The master has a King-size bed and is zoned for privacy, with a walk-in robe and an ensuite including huge twin shower and large bath. The other 3 bedrooms offer a Queen and 2 x Twin Single beds, all with ceiling fans and wardrobes. The central family bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet. Please note there is also a powder room near the kitchen, and a third bathroom with a shower and toilet that services the outdoor/pool area.
All rooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and towels. We have done all we can to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible.

This property is situated within a family neighborhood and no parties or gatherings are permitted. No loud noise after 8.30pm on weekdays and 10pm weekends.
Beaches - Our beautiful local beaches include world famous surfing reserve, Bells Beach and Winki Pop.
Family-favourite, Cosy Corner, is a few km’s away and both Jan Juc and Torquay beaches offers patrolled family options for swimming and surfing in the summer months.
Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 50mins drive away

Our beach house is located 5 minutes out of Torquay and Jan Juc. This beautiful property is located 5-10 minute’s drive from Torquay main beach and is nestled amongst the tranquil bush area of Ocean Acres Estate (between Grossmans and Coombes Rd, Torquay).
Off-street parking available for 2 cars maximum per stay.
Closest train station 20km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 20 mins by car from Melbourne.
