Nice Big Spacious

I really enjoyed this home. It had so much space and served its purpose. The home had no towels or washcloths and was a bit dirty. The outside trash was full so we had to had our trash on the outside by the can. Sad the house is for sale I would definitely rent again.

Met basic needs in McDonough GA

The property met our needs as we were visiting family in the area. The home could use a deep cleaning and there were no pillow cases in the home. We went out and bought some. This home is nicely laid out and has many beds but the kitchen is not equipped for large groups of 6 or more. The living room has a couch and love seat so when you have more than five you have to bring in kitchen chairs. Plenty of bathrooms (4) and bedrooms for larger group but rest of house not set up for more than 6. For awareness - there is no main floor bedroom so our 86 year old mother had to do the stairs. We would rent again as it is in a beautiful area close to Historic McDonough and near family. We would just be more aware on next visit

Want to be charitable, but the negative reviews here & on Airbnb were accurate.

We loved our stay because we were with fam and location -around the corner from our relative's home. Here are some of the negatives from the house: They only set out one towel per bed (6. and one of them had a big hole it), but there were 10 of us and there weren't even any extras in the linen closet! The double mattress box spring on the broken queen bed frame was indeed broken. The fire detector in one of the upstairs bedrooms has exposed wires 2 of the Toilet seats are broken Crumbs on two of the kitchen counters and on coffee table upstairs (not to mention the dust) Loose Cheetos in a drawer in the coffee table. Crumbs in utensil organizer, and dirty, unorganized and dirty kitchen cupboards and drawers No dishwasher soap Needs Garbage bags Multiple light bulbs out One of the upstairs bathrooms is missing the tension rod part of the toilet paper holder Bathrooms were visibly un-swept Carpet not vacuumed/It's broken Chaise lounge in family Rm downstairs leg is broken Corners and baseboards are grody, not just dusty Dog paw marks on toilet stall wall in master bedroom Bath soap dispenser empty No kitchen sink det./sponge Some contact info is outdated When we walked in the house, we noticed the bed right away -even the mattress was sagging down because of the broken box spring and frame. We also noticed the lack of towels. We took pictures and contacted Stanley. He offered to come clean, but that would have interfered w/ our fam time. SHOULD HAVE. He DID drop off towels.

Great house for our group

We liked the room differences for our stay since we had a 2 year and 5 year old. The house was clean and had the basics we needed when adding groceries. The contact through the property manager was quick to respond and that was really nice. There is a small park across the street for the kids as well.

Disappointed

The floors were dirty, dust through out the house including the windows. Bathrooms were not clean. There was a moldy smell coming from sink which you can smell when entering the house. Several smoke detectors were disconnected.
