This well maintained 3-bedroom townhouse will pleasantly surprise you with its beautiful location & open plan design. A truly appealing unit that connects a delightful light filled kitchen, connecting to a dining area and lounge room with a smart TV with Netflix, a separate laundry and a 3rd toilet. Upstairs continues to impress with 3 built in bedrooms (1 with its own private patio), 2 large bathrooms, ducted air-conditioning and security screens. No pets allowed. Toowoomba short stay

Clean and basic. Disappointed at the picture of the garage but had to park outside. Also, on stripping the bed, before leaving, I discovered the mattress cover very stained.

Property was great. 6 of us stayed quite comfortably, well equiped kitchen and host were great. Will definitely be back again.

The whole unit was spot on. The beds were super cumfy. We did accidently lock ourselves in at one stage but that was our fault not Rachels. We were concerned though as if this were to happen to someone else and there was a fire or some other emergency, there was no way out as the back gate had a padlock on the outside. Our host did say she would look into this.

Fabulous townhouse

10/10 for this property. Beds and pillows the best I've ever had in a holiday house. Extremely well stocked with everything you could need, like your own home. Large bedrooms and 2 great outdoor areas to either watch sun come up or go down. Excellent location with great pub The Downs next door for fabulous meals and great service. Handily located to all you could need and very easy access to the rest of Toowoomba. Owners have done an amazing job. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all

Lovely clean town house

Enjoyed the property very much. Our only issue is the online listing doesn't mention that if you book for 2 people, 1 bedroom with ensuite was lock and not available. This is explained in the info pack at the house but is not mentioned on the Stayz site that I can see. This means if couples prefer seperate beds, one must use a single bed as the other queen is locked. The other thing is the communication of the room being ready on arrival day was via email. This presumes "everyone" uses email on their phones, whereas the usual practice has been to receive a text message. Everything worked as it should, very quiet and lovely place to stay. Thankyou.

Outstanding!!

I, with members of my family have stayed in quite a few StayZ properties, both in Tasmania and the mainland. I rate this property way up with the best of my experiences. It was sooo clean and well presented. We all felt comfortable and welcome the minute we opened the door. The property had all the amenities we could wish and the location was perfect for our stay to visit family in Toowoomba. Thank you.

Ease of check in. Great location, far enough out of Toowoomba but still close for shopping and restaurants. Comfortable accommodation.

Neat, tidy, close to shops

I would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay in a beautiful clean well presented home. We all had a wonderful sleep in the comfortable beds. Great communication throughout the process.

Perfect townhouse

We have stayed in this townhouse multiple times as we are travelling for work. The townhouse is very modern, clean and well presented. Everything works as it should and it is in a quite neighbourhood. Close to shops and the pub for a couple drinks after work. highly recommended.
