Our stay

Location is great. The place was clean but it needs a new couch and chairs. It took a long time for the water to get hot in the sink and showers. The water pressure and flow was terrible. The TV’s were hard to use.

Easy access to Disney

We had a short stay at this location for my childs sports competition at the ESPN Wide World of Sports. The location of this condo is perfect to zip up and down 522 that takes you directly to the Disney parks avoiding I-4. its also close to a lot of places to get food and other non-Disney things to do.

Volleyball Nationals

In town to attend Volleyball Nationals in Orlando for our daughter. The VRBO was exactly as pictured. Questions we had about check-in were promptly answered by the host. Used the pool at our complex and exercise room at the water park area. Grocery store within a mile was very convenient. Although our trip was mostly spent at the Orange County Convention Center, we were also delighted to be a little over an hours drive to beaches on both coasts. Would definitely recommend and stay here again for future trips.

Back to Story Lake

Second visit to Story Lake so we obviously like the location. The condo was exactly as described and check-in was a breeze. There was an issue with the refrigerator but management was excellent to deal with and the problem was promptly resolved. Would stay again!

Great condo horrible beds

Condo was great and updated and very clean. The biggest downfall is the king size bed. The mattress is past worn out. It visually sags in the middle and needs to be replaced as soon as possible.

The condo was as seen in the photos, neighborhood was clean and quite.

Apart from checking in and finding the lower freezer section completely frozen open and full of ice and staff entering the condo without notifying despite us not requesting any service our remaining days were without incident.

Orlando stay

I loved staying here, it was very comfortable and I didn't want to leave. The check in process was difficult because i had changed the credit card i paid with and it wasn't updated in their system. That is the only reason i can think of to bring the score down. Overall, we had a grwat stay.

Great little getaway!

We stayed at this great condo while visiting Disney and it made our trip that much better. The condo complex is easy to get to, nice and clean and filled with enough amenities to spend a relaxing day by the pool just lounging after a long few days at Disney! This condo is perfectly located in Kissimmee. 20 minutes car drive to Disney with ample food choices with a 5 minute distance and a super Target just around the corner! Check in was easy. Parking is just outside our door. Modern upgrades were great and the balcony was the perfect spot for our morning coffee. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the balcony furniture to perhaps a table and chairs for out door dinners :) I will definitely be booking this location again the next time we're in Florida.

My wife and I stayed in a 2 br condo and 9 of our work friends stayed in a 5 br condo. We were 2.5 miles apart in the same complex which made it hard to get together. Nice place if your in just one unit.

Items provided in the condo

For me being there for a tournament and not spending much time at the condo, my needs may be different than others. With that said it would have been nice to have been left with an extra roll of toilet paper so that we did not have to go buy any. The only other improvement would be to upgrade your coffee pot. It is a very small and very inexpensive model. Other than that everything was great and you provided everything we needed. It was always easy to contact someone and the response time was quick.

Great Location , check in process not so great.

We stayed with a bunch of people all in different units with different hosts. We had by far the latest check in time which really negatively impacted the first day. I called at 11 to see if there was an opportunity to check in a little early and was told that the unit was cleaned and almost ready. I didn’t get my access code until exactly 4 PM. I would pay attention check in times on the listings more carefully next time so that our first day at the resort isn’t impacted. Also, most other people were left some sort of info packet with info about the area and about maximizing the use of the resort. That would have been helpful as well. Overall, loved the resort, I would just probably stay with a different host company.

Decent place, but too crowded for my liking.

The condo was a basic, no frills, but clean place to stay. The beds slept horribly though and the couches are very stiff. They listed an amount of towels that were to be in our condo but we did not have them all upon arrival. An extra lock, not accessible by others, once tenants are inside, would have also been nice and make us feel more secure versus the one keypad lock that doesn’t even latch well. The resort itself is way too big for the 2 pool areas you can use. You had to fight for chairs, no towels are provided and the staff at the clubhouse were rude about checking bags and going through our stuff like dogs looking for contraband. No one monitoring the hundreds of kids leaving rocks in the lazy river or not sharing the small amount of tubes available, acting like fools and disrupting our space. For the lack of food/beverages available due to the long lines, I don’t see what the issue is with bringing in your own small cooler and/or snack bag. The music selection was awesome, but I do not think I would go back to this resort for a relaxing vacation stay. There was also a restroom closed the entire time, leaving only one for everyone to use.

Very convenient

The unit is exactly what you see in the pictures. It was clean with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I would recommend a TV in the other bedroom as well, specially when you have teens. The check-in and check-out process was quickly and easy and done all on-line. I’d also suggest better quality bed sheets and pillows. Location to Disney parks is excellent ! Club house to enjoy some time with family has great amenities.
