Ultimate convenience in Whistler's Marketplace. This 2 bedroom condo has a grocery, liquor store, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants, shopping and a playground. Downstairs. Walk to any restaurant on the Village Stroll. Walk or free shuttle to the base of either mountain during ski season. Hike, bike, canoe, golf - be central to all the great activities that Whistler has to offer.
This unit sleeps up to five. The sleeping arrangements are:
- Master bedroom with one queen bed and ensuite bath
- Bedroom with twin bed
- Pull out sofa in living room (equivalent to double bed). This may be screened off.
Unit features:
- 2 bathrooms (1 with shower stall, one with tub)
- tv & internet
- full kitchen
- deck
- main bedroom air conditioning
- One Included parking stall (there are several additional visitor stalls that are first-come-first serve - warning, these stalls are tight)
- fireplace
- common area hot tub
- coin laundry facilities in the building (wash $1.50, dry $2)

I provide:
- sheets and towels (beds have pillows and comforters)
- shampoo, conditioner and shower gel
- k-pod coffee maker (i provide 10 pods per stay; if you drink a lot of coffee please bring extra or can purchase additional downstairs at the market)
- appliances: kettle, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher
- tvs have apps such as netflix, disney plus, amazon (you must have your own subscription/login to these services)
- bluetooth stereo system
- hairdryer

There is a $120 cleaning fee. The unit is professionally cleaned before each guest.
Access to the marketplace building is via electronic fob. This requires you to obtain the fob from a lockbox in the lobby building (and replace it at the end of your stay). I provide you with a door code to access the suite itself.
There is a security camera inside suite that you are invited to switch off for the duration of your stay then just switch on when you leave.

We're a young family based in westside Vancouver; self-renting for the first time this year. Happy to address any additional questions or concerns you may have about the listing so dont hesitate to contact.
The place is ideal for a family of four or five. We are not set up or looking for partiers and booking requests may be refused accordingly.

Convenient and centrally located at Olympic Plaza on the Village Stroll, Whistler Marketplace puts you in the heart of the action with the best Whistler has to offer in walking distance. Once you are parked a car is generally not needed to get around! Village access is via just stepping outside and walking the village stroll.
