My Seagrass Abode - Dunsborough

Hello! Welcome to my abode.

This cute and cosy, family friendly home is only 12 minutes’ walk away from some of Australia’s most attractive beaches. It is situated in sought after Old Dunsborough which is secluded with great access to mountain bike tracks, beaches and nature reserves. This home is packed full of features to make any holiday maker feel right at home. Aircon/heating, comfortable beds, smart TV, free off street parking and wifi. Close to town, bakeries, cafes and restaurants.

About the space:
The living, dining and kitchen areas are open planned with striking 15 ft ceilings.
3 medium sized bedrooms, all with queen size beds and built in robes. One includes queen bunk with king single on top.
1 full bathroom including shower and toilet and an extra toilet off the laundry that includes access to a basin and mirror.
A fully equipped kitchen.
2 outdoor areas to enjoy some private time or dining with family or friends.
2 fully fenced yards to keep children or pets safe.
Shaded back courtyard with outdoor dining and BBQ facilities.

Other things to note:
The guest responsible for the rental must be at least 25 YEARS OF AGE.
MAXIMUM 6 guests including children and infants
MAXIMUM 2 cars parked on the property at all times and no street parking
Strictly No parties, events or gatherings
No smoking indoors

The property was clean and tidy. The pillows were really hard and not comfortable. I slept without one and didn’t sleep very well.We would like larger towels. The accommodation was basic and felt like we paid top dollar but probably because I booked quite late.

Home away from home

Relaxing and very comfortable

My family and dog stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The property was immaculate, well appointed, and very easy to live a clean, relaxed lifestyle while there. Lovely quiet location with easy access to the beach and bush walks. Thank you for having us.

Great location

Great property with a short bike ride to the Town centre and beach a short walk. Thank you Emma for allowing our little dog to stay. Makes a huge difference with very limited options for accomodation accepting pets. Our dog loved joining us on the beach and lunch trips. We would love to visit again and will recommend this property to our friends.

Enjoyable family stay

My husband, myself and our four young adult children stayed at Emma’s for five nights. The place had everything we needed and even had a clothes dryer that wasn’t listed in the amenities. It was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our time in the house. Town center was about a 15min walk away and we found a lovely hike, partially shaded and along the coast, about a 3min drive away. We were able to do day trips to Jewel Cave, Cape Leeuwin, and a winery. It was a great place to get in some quality family time and we appreciated Emma’s hospitality.

Comfy weekend home

Thank you Emma for your hospitality and helping us escape the city for a last minute long weekend in beautiful Dunsborough. Lovely comfortable home which was nice and clean and we appreciated all the extra touches that made us feel welcome!

Relaxed

We stayed to attend an event locally, the accommodation was perfect for our needs. Very tidy, quiet and central to town. Definitely recommend.

Great location

The property is close to the beach and Dunsborough town, both a 3 minutes drive. It is located in a nice cul-de-sac with quite neighbors. Emma has taken great care in equipping this property with everything that you might need, kitchen is well stocked and so is the pantry. The only negative are the two toilet bowls, one has a build up from long term use that looks unpleasant and the other toilet bowl has a smell which is tolerable once the exhaust is turned on. If these two toilet bowls are replaced, I would rate this property 5/5.
