The multiple porches, offered by Good Vibes Only, are spacious, heated, and welcome guests into this gorgeous property. Inside, an open-concept floorplan joins the living, dining, and kitchen areas together as one. The well-appointed living room boasts two plush couches, two leather chairs, a lounge chair, and a large mounted flat-screen television. The nearby dining area offers seating for 8 guests. In the fully stocked kitchen, premium black stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and additional counter seating is wonderful place to prepare those family meals. Additionally, laundry and ½ bathroom are located on the first floor.
Good Vibes Only second floor boasts two (2) beautiful king master guest rooms, both with private en-suite bathrooms and independent porch access to take in the views of Carlton Landing. The home’s additional bedroom is a cozy bunk room with four (4) twin XL bunks and a private bathroom across the hall. The bunkroom is perfect for the little ones or teenagers to hang out.
Porches are located on both, the first and second floors, these porches provide breezy spaces to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. On those cooler mornings and evenings, overhead mounted heaters have been installed for your comfort. The screened-in porch accommodations include outdoor dining for 8, and a conversation area for 3. French door access into the home for additional comfort and expanded space. The upper porch is accessible by both master suites and is essentially a large living space outside!
Finally, the front porch may be the best casual area, as you sit in the porch swing, or lounge in the chairs, saying hello to your neighbors.
Remember to bring your “s’more kit”, this property offers a great outdoor fire pit area to unwind and enjoy time with family and friends.
Good Vibes Only allows for the very close proximity to the beachfront, church, boat dock, pop-up shops, volleyball, bocce ball, Boardwalk Pool and Hot Tub, Mama Tigs Pizza, The Meeting House, and Food Truck Park.
