Välkommen!

Kom och njut av vårt hus som ligger strax över en mil (vilket innebär att du betalar lägre skatter) från Historic Downtown och Breckenridge Ski Resort. Det är omgivet av träd och erbjuder fridfull utsikt från alla fönster (särskilt från vardagsrummet och sovrummet - titta på bilderna).

Rymligt vardagsrum med välvt tak och öppen spis, kök och sittgrupp ligger på bottenvåningen. Slå på mysig öppen spis och titta på TV (Comcast kabel) eller bara njuta av utsikten över skogen och hur tyst det är här. Strax utanför vardagsrummet finns ett däck med utemöbler och grill. Det finns HDTV (Comcast-kabel) med BlueRay DVD-spelare i det andra sittområdet.

Alla fyra sovrummen ligger på översta våningen. Sovrummet har eget badrum.

Gratis Wi-Fi i hela huset.

Det finns ett bordtennisbord i garaget men kan enkelt vikas om du föredrar att ha plats för två bilar i garaget.

Huset sover 9 i sängar, 2 på bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet och 1 på luftmadrass för totalt 12.

Busshållplats ligger bara två kvarter från lägenheten. Det är gratis och kommer var 30 minuter under dagen och varje timme på natten. Den sista bussen anländer runt 1: 00a. m. (kontrollera det senaste schemat). Bussen tar dig till besök i butikerna och restaurangerna på Main Street och att åka antingen till basen av Peak 9 eller till Gondolen för Peak 8.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time at this house for a quick mountain getaway. It accommodated our large group with small kids. The views are beautiful, and the host was very responsive to questions and made sure we were comfortable.

Great Property!

Our group had a great time in Breckenridge staying at this property. The cabin was well appointed and very comfortable with multiple seating areas, a roomy kitchen and nice size dining room. Daniel was excellent to work with and the whole process was smooth and worry free.

Tremendous!

Had friends visiting from the UK and spent 3 nights at this wonderful cabin! Loads of space for the kids to do their thing and everything the grown ups needed to cook and enjoy company. We look forward to future trips to this wonderful place and town!

My friends and I stayed at this property during our vacation in Breckenridge, and we all agreed this is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. The home was conveniently located to downtown. It was very warm and cozy for us freezing Texans. I highly recommend this place.

The only thing missing were some amenities for small children that would have helped greatly to lessen the packing load. A high chair and a few children toys. Otherwise wonderful!

Home away from home!

We had an excellent stay! Really one of the best VRBOs we have had for our annual ski trip with friends and our families! We had 4 kids and four adults and a great amount of space for all meals and night hang out time when not skiing! We did breck, vail and keystone over five days and was easy to get back and forth to all. This home was WELL stocked with all towels, sheets, paper products, cleaning supplies, and cookware. There was nothing else needed and we cooked a ton! Home was SUPER clean which made you feel really welcome and well cared for. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Family ski vacation

First timers in Breckenridge and it couldn't have been better, in large part because of this property. The accommodations and location relative to skiing and town were fantastic. This house is spacious, appointed, and has the daily amenities, storage and parking to support the guests. Daniel our host was very accessible and responsive throughout. Overall a tremendous value. We will be back.

Great location

Great cabin for a get away. It was in an extremely convenient location, the cabin was nice and had plenty of room. Daniel was phenomenal with communication and the check-in process was easy and safe. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great cabin getaway in an incredible town.

great base

My two brothers and I stayed here while we toured the local area. It was a convenient base camp. There were a couple of minor glitches but the property manager was quick to respond. One glitch was the gas fireplace needed the pilot light lit. He got to it quickly. This was a great place to stay.

Nice stay!

It is a nice house for the right price. Daniel was very helpful and got back to me with questions we had. They had a pac-n-play for the grandkids. The kitchen was nicely stocked so it was easy to cook meals.

Family Christmas Vacation

This was our Christmas present to our kids and their families. We had 8 adults and 2 children, this house was the perfect size. Although on our arrival our GPS was telling us the house was on the other end of the road, I still gave the location/neighborhood a 5 star because I do not feel it was their fault my GPS was quirky. The driveway does have a bit of a slope, so if there is ice it may be a little hard to get out of which we found out on our first day. We had a truck and a car, the car got out with no problem, but the truck had some issues (not 4x4), but my son and husband got out there and broke up the ice and shoveled the entire driveway and then it was fine the rest of our trip. It is about a 2 mile drive down the mountain to downtown Main Street, but has some beautiful views!! We would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group, and we will use if we go back.
