Beautiful and laidback resort

We loved our stay at Litchfield. The condo was beautiful and clean and the Litchfield community was so friendly with so much to see and do. We enjoyed walking around and fishing at all the different spots. We also dined at the onsite restaurant one night and it was delicious. I also loved the onsite Starbucks being so close to the condo. Wonderful place!

Great condo!

This place was perfect for my needs. The location is excellent, in a nice resort. Access to the condo is very easy--you don't have to deal with security and there is tons of easy, close parking. The condo itself is great. Attractively decorated and stocked with everything you need. It also very comfortable mattresses and good pillows for sleeping. The balcony overlooking the pool was a nice spot for morning coffee. I highly recommend this spot!

Best condo in Pawleys Island

This property is just fantastic! Close and convenient to everything and the amenities are great. This particular condo was spotless, very clean and very up to date. Great view over the pool and everything we could possibly need was on hand and ready for us. Big emphasis on CLEAN. Definitely one of the best condos in Summerhouse. The property owner was so helpful in assisting us with check in and making sure the process was smooth and easy. A huge thank you to Karen for helping making our wedding anniversary trip a success.

Great location to attend Event at State Park next door

The security at the complex was a little too fussy for my taste. The distance and convenience of the beach was not great. No cold drink machines. The unit itself was very comfortable and the owner/host was very attentive.

Summerhouse visit

Overall this is a great top floor condo. We spent a lot of time in the condo as weather was not good. Beds are very comfortable. Great covered patio and furniture overlooking the pool which will be great when we come back with the grandkids. The owner is super nice and was even flexible on our check-in / out times which was appreciated. Will definitely go back to this unit. Although it is not on the beach, it's very easy to access w/o having to go through the gates at Litchfield by the Sea. The key pad on the door was great so we didn't have to keep up with keys or a card key.

This property was just what the Doctor ordered for us. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. I am afraid when we left we left the property in less than satisfactory condition for the owner. We regret not following to the letter the check out instructions. For a great stay please look carefully at what the owner would like done at check out. I wish we had.

10 staycation at the beach

This is an absolutely wonderful property at Litchfield Beach South Carolina. The property was immaculate and had all the amenities one could imagine. Everything was in perfect condition and performed most any task one might want to do. The condo overlooked the pool and winding river recreational area which was absolutely marvelous. There were so many activities for a person or family to participate in. They even have av EV charging station on site for those with electric vehicles to use. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect!

We have stayed within Litchfield on several different occasions, but this condo is by far our new favorite. Super cute and SO CLEAN! Perfect for our family of four. Karen & Susan we’re both so so kind and readily available if needed, even for simple questions before and during our stay. We can’t wait to come back!
