Set on 2.5 acres of lush rainforest, this place is a true oasis. Privacy and space but only minutes to town, schools and amenities. Gap Beach, Trial Bay, Big Smoky and Little Bay are just a few of the pristine beaches at your doorstep.

The space
A self contained studio with stunning polished concrete floors, modern bathroom with a huge showerhead and a bespoke vanity made from local bridge timber with a riverstone basin and an outdoor recycled timber kitchen.

There is one comfy double bed and a queen sofa bed to accommodate 4 people.

A travel cot and a high chair can be provided if requested.

The studio flows through to the huge outdoor area, perfect for daybeds and hammocks or relaxing around the fire pit.

Plenty of parking and storage with a double lock up garage/workshop plus a double carport provide ample space for storage, boats and caravans.

There is another house ( the house with a triangle roof which can be seen in the photos) in the property which we also list on airbnb. The house has its own patio, however, you might need to share the garden area if there are guests in the studio during your stay.

Please note that we are currently refurnishing the house so the furniture in the house will be different than the photos. We will put the new photos once we complete furnishing.
