Newly renovated with a rustic twist is this home away from home. The kitchen and open living area is light and bright with beautiful furniture. There are two spacious bedrooms, one containing a queen bed and updated ensuite and the other including a single bed, there is also a study containing a day bed. With tasteful fittings and fixtures is the main bathroom and laundry.

In its own living quarters separate from the house there is a third bedroom with a vibrant bathroom. The large outdoor entertaining decking with seating looks into the kitchen through large open windows, with built in seating and an outdoor shower, this is surrounded by fenced lush green established gardens.

A short walk away is a patrolled beach and cafe/bar. Nearby is the main street of Nambucca Heads including pubs, club and shopping.

Ideal house for a small family plus Grandparents

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely house, well located and nice to have big backyard and deck. A few small things noted - all Gladwrap, Foil and Bake on last few centimetres, not enough paper towel and no gas in BBQ. But all of these things willingly sorted by Management Company when alerted.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the minute we looked through the front door it exceeded our expectations. Clean, fresh, large spaces, amazing kitchen, timber floor to die for. All beds super comfortable with luxurious bed linen & toiletries. I would buy this house in instance and change nothing. Perfect location, quiet and so close to everything. We loved it and can't wait to come back.

Never booking that house again.

Couldn't unlock front door with key. Perishable foods found in fridge and freezer when we arrived, so we left it there. Pots/pans, drinking glasses, eating utensils were not clean so had to clean before using. Found dishes left in dishwasher on arrival, so we did the same. Couch was absolute garbage, was not a comfy chair in the place. Needs to be stipulated that one bedroom is only accessible by going through other bedrooms, so no privacy at times. Could keep writing, but will leave it with we will never be booking that house again.
