Welcome to your holiday stay! Here's a quick guide to make your visit smooth and enjoyable:

**Check-In**: When you arrive, please quickly inspect the apartment for any damage or missing items and inform us right away.

**Cleaning**: We offer one cleaning service for every week you stay. Need more? Just ask! Extra cleanings are available for 450 pesos each. Note: Dishwashing isn't included but can be arranged for an extra 5 USD (100MXN) per service.

**Key**: If you lose your key or lock it inside, there's a 500 pesos fee for a replacement or to regain access.

**Drinking Water**: The first large bottle is on us. Need more? Each refill is 50 pesos, payable in cash to the delivery person.

**Security**: Always lock all doors and windows when stepping out.

**Quiet Hours**: For everyone's peace, please keep noise down from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

**Guests**: The number of guests should match the number booked. Overcrowding could result in termination of your stay.

**Fees and Payments**: All booking fees are detailed during the reservation process.

**Electricity**: For long stays (28+ nights), electricity is billed separately.

**Security Deposit**: If there's damage or extreme dirtiness, repair costs will come out of your deposit.

**Pets and Smoking**: Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited to keep the place fresh for everyone.

**Subletting**: Guests cannot sublet the property.

**Respectful Use**: Please use the premises lawfully. Illegal activities will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.

**Inspections**: We may inspect the property if we suspect any unsafe or illegal activity.

**Maintenance**: Please keep the place tidy and report any needed repairs. Damages or excessive cleaning costs will be deducted from your security deposit.

**Garbage**: Dispose of trash in the designated dumpsters outside.

**Enjoyment**: We hope you and the neighbors enjoy a peaceful stay. Please be considerate and avoid loud gatherings.

**Liability**: Guests are responsible for their safety and any damage during their stay.
