Great property/location

Great location/property for our family of 4 (2 parents, 2 teens). Very close to Capilano Park and good starting point for Sea to Sky highway. Proximity to Edgemont Village was an unexpected bonus (BjornBar, Nicli Pizzeria). Owner was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location ,bright well equipped space

The location was fantastic with a short walk to shops and restaurants and cafes. Well equipped kitchen, beds were comfortable and we had plenty of linens and towels. Lots of space for longer stays. Hosts were friendly and always responded quickly any time we needed anything.

Pleasant stay

This is a very nice apartment, very clean and very comfortable beds. The bathroom was cold though and at times we had to wait for a response from the host. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Beautiful suite in North Vancouver with all amenities you need

We had a beautiful stay at this lovely, clean North Vancouver suite. Comfy beds and we had all amenities needed. The location is perfect, shops and groceries are in walking distance. Famous Capilano suspension bridge and Capilano river park are very close by. Check in and check out was easy…got all information in advance and was even able to check even earlier. Thank you for providing such s great place, we will definitely come back, when we are back in Vancouver.

Lovely, well equipped apartment

Beautiful location, buses to downtown a stone’s throw from downtown, lovely local village with wonderful restaurants. This basement apartment is close to the base of the mountains in a quiet residential area.

We stayed Aug'23. The property itself was nice, but the upstairs neighbors were extremely loud. I had read a couple reviews about noise from upstairs, so I was expecting some noise, but nothing could've prepared us for the amount of noise. It sounded like the kids upstairs were intentionally stomping as loud as they could every time they walked, and many times it sounded like they were playing leapfrog, jumping and hopping around, and/or jumping off of elevated spaces (it wasn't just walking). We contacted the owner multiple times about the noise, and a couple times it quieted down a bit, but then the noise would be back the next day. Twice we were woken up before 7am(!) due to the stomping around. And one time, it was so bad that we couldn't even watch TV due to the noise, despite the TV being turned up to deafening levels. Definitely would not recommend and would not come back.

Beautiful home and neighbourhood

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property while on vacation. The beds were comfy. I really liked that it was close to the Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain. I would definitely book this home again.

Nice location

Nice and clean. Super cute village near by for groceries or eat out. Great location. Not the easiest to bring big suitcases in since around the back and down stairs. Need door stops behind doors. Nice family. Children above were only loud 1 out of the 4 days.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay in this North Vancouver home. It’s close to so many attractions and in a great neighborhood. Like the other reviews said, you can hear the children walking above, but we expected it so it didn’t bother us.

Great little weekend getaway

This was a perfectly located place to stay, so close to so many things! Communication was quick whenever I had a question, the only thing I would recommend is new (darker) blinds for the bedrooms as the motion detector went off a few times outside and it lit the bedroom up a good deal. There are kids upstairs as listed, so no surprises there. Thanks for the great stay!

Basement unit in nice N Vancouver neighborhood

Great location. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Needs better blinds on the bedroom window. You should know that there is a family with kids upstairs and the soundproofing isn’t great. Another reviewer had mentioned this, so we were prepared.

Wonderful cozy apartment, great for a family

This place was in a great neighbourhood, it was convenient to get downtown and to the west side (where my family and I were spending much of our time), it was very cozy and the open concept of the kitchen/dining/living area was perfect. The beds were soft and nice and the bathroom was well kept. We loved this place and would stay there again in a heartbeat! For full disclosure, the family upstairs has children and they can be heard running around from time to time, but it didn't bother our family nor did it keep us awake at any point. It didn't affect our stay and as I said, my family loved the place and we are looking forward to staying here again!

Amazing property

This place was overall incredible. I enjoyed how spacious the apartment felt as well as being very cozy and homey. The owners were very accommodating as well as extremely quick to respond. I enjoyed the additional heaters that were provided in the event the apartment got a bit cold in the early mornings and late nights. Loved how close of a walk the town center was with its small shops and grocery store as well as a Starbucks. I saw a lot of people complain about the noise upstairs but honestly, that wasn’t the case for us. If you’ve lived in an apartment complex before, this is honestly not an issue. Especially not for us. It’s totally understandable that there’s a family living above you noise is expected and not that huge of an issue in my personal opinion. I would definitely stay in this apartment on my next visit. I also loved the neighborhood and how safe and upperclass like it is. Thank you Casey for an enjoyable experience!

Good Experience

My wife and I enjoyed are stay at this property. It’s location was perfect for what we were doing in North Vancouver. Unit was very clean and well equipped with everything needed and more. Very easy to access and comfortable. Will definitely book again next time in North Van.

Agréable séjour

La maison était parfaite, bien équipée et située dans un beau quartier calme. C’est un sous-sol et on entend la petite famille qui vit au dessus, mais le soir venu, tout est calme. Endroit parfait pour un séjour à Vancouver!
