This is the back portion at ground floor of a split level of a semi-detached house. The separate entrance is the sliding patio door located at the back of the house situated close to highway 403/407/QEW. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

Separate entrance is the sliding patio door in the fully fenced back yard which is gated accessible from either driveway by stairs leading to the upper level entrance (this entrance is not for guests’ use) or walkway along the fence at the side of the street.

This apartment is at the ground level of a house with upper level and basement which means potentially exposing to occasionally noise from occupants’ activities. If you are extremely sensitive to noise, this may not be a suitable place for you.
