Underwhelming

This unit left much to be desired. First, we were not aware until reading the welcome instructions that there was another unit on the property. The property itself is in a sinking middle class neighborhood. During check-in the door keypad was not working so we were told to use the housekeeper’s key.We arrived to find pet-soiled carpets in the bedrooms, a bucket of dirty mop water in the garage, bedding and towels left in both the washer and dryer and smelling of mildew. In the kitchen there were no oven-safe pans and not enough silverware for the 8 of us to eat a meal together. There was a dirty sponge on the sink and a nearly empty bottle of dish soap. There was an inadequate supply of five coffee cups for the eight of us. In the primary bedroom there was a menstrual stain on the sheets of the king bed, so we slept on top of the comforter. The doorway from the hall into the primary bedroom had several nails poking up at the threshold that we tried to cover with a rug to protect our feet. The backyard was over grown with thistles and there was debris strewn throughout the yard.Our biggest disappointment though was that there was no air pump for the air mattress which we were counting on for two of our group of 8 to sleep on. After relaying this to the property manager, they responded with suggestions of where to look, (which we had already searched) instead of offering to supply a replacement.Overall, this unit gave us a place to crash but I would not stay here again.

Nice Home Good Location

Home could use some updating and a good deep cleaning but overall decent. Had two small issues but property manager took immediate care of it and kept us in the loop. Location was perfect and easy to find.

The house is in a wonderful neighborhood which made us feel even more comfortable. We had plenty of room for us and our dogs. Jordan was very helpful and quick to respond.

Short visit, perfect stay.

It was all we needed. Cozy and comfortable. Quietness from the hustle and bustle of the big city close by! Just fine for 4 adults. Even had an extra bed to spare in the 3rd bedroom with two twins. Conveniently located.

Birthday Celebration

Property as listed. Nice and clean, quiet neighborhood, with a HEB at Walmart on mile away. About a 20 minute ride away from six flags. We had a great time, great place to stay.

Great home for BMT Graduation visit!

Great location. Close to stores, restaurants, airport and Air Force Base. Listing states it sleeps 10 but it is more comfortable for 8. Loved that we were able to bring our dogs to see my airman after the coin ceremony!!

Basic Training graduation week

Perfect lil house for my daughter, mother and myself for the week of my sons Basic Training graduation. A very convenient location. We were able to even come back to the house and relax when he was given off base liberty.💕

Just right!

The three bedroom home is set up just right to accommodate a group of 8-10. Any questions we had were addressed promptly by the property manager, and she was WONDERFUL! Plenty of towels available, beds were comfortable, house was clean and decorated very nicely. We enjoyed it!! Our group was two families, 4 kids and 4 adults. It was a great experience!!

Nice house with garage

I’ve rented several Vrbo in SAT. This is probably our favorite. Pet friendly for our Labrador and good beds. The bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was easy to use. We liked being able to pull our vehicles in the garage at night. A solid stay with no surprises.

Visiting with family for SeaWorld

This property has a lot of potential but I don’t believe it is cared for properly. Pros: close to SeaWorld, easy to go to dinner and Walmart, in a middle class neighborhood and close to the school, pet friendly, lots of supplies: towels, washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, extra pillows. Cons: the keypad battery was dead upon arrival, lawn was not mowed and has little stickers in it so our dog was covered in them and we spend hours brushing them out, all but two towels were put up wet, listing says it sleeps 10 but I don’t believe that you should have more than 6 to 8 depending on the amount of kids present. Items that were just neglected: shower in master doesn’t drain properly and was full of hair, screens were broken and laying on the ground outside, coffee table in living room is broken, the king mattress is worn out, the house just had a basic surface clean (which would have been fine is everything else would have been taken care of) The house wasn’t the worst; price was in the middle, wasn’t the cheapest but wasn’t the most expensive. It did cause frustration during the stay but I wouldn’t say it ruined the trip. I would not rent this house again.

Comfortable home and great location!

Nice place for us to stay. We had 7 adults and 3 kids stay here and it was a nice place to be for my son's BMT graduation. We wanted a place where we could have our 2 dogs come and see my airman after the coin ceremony. We were able to make a home cooked meal to eat together and play games for the afternoon. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms so people had a private place to go and get away if they needed to rest.
