Island breezes welcome you to Salty Margarita, our four-bedroom home located one house to the beach. The Gulf of Mexico stuns at the end of your street with beach access steps from your front door.

This ultimate beach home offers plenty of outdoor space with balconies, decks and verandahs. Never miss a moment of the fresh island air and scents of the sea! Enjoy a panoramic view of Anna Maria from the roof top deck, the perfect spot for reveling in the sunsets which make Anna Maria famous. The third-floor deck overlooks the pool and backyard and features a fire pit with patio lounge chairs to relax in. The Summer Kitchen with gas BBQ grill and patio dining set are under cover on the 2nd floor deck. So many outdoor locations to choose from!

Each of the four bedrooms features a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom and TV. Crisp linens and plush towels are provided by our profesional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The open layout provides plenty of opportunity to relax with family and friends in the living, dining and kitchen. Let the chef in the family prepare a favorite dish and enjoy together!

The refreshing, heated pool and spa are surrounded by pool loungers and a covered poolside entertainment room with ceiling fans, a TV and bar set up. The pool area also has an outdoor shower to wash away the sand after a day on the beach. Did we mention the beach is at the end of the street, one house away?
Beach it for the day and return home for a quick lunch or break.

Additional fun and games include a 4 hole putt putt golf course, outdoor ping pong and pool tables, skee ball, and foosball.

Salty Margarita is easy walking distance to a free island trolley stop, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Ideally located on the quiet side of AMI. Ideally located within 5 mins of food options. Place had all accommodations needed and a 2 min walk to beach.

Love Salty Margarita

We have stayed in Anna Maria a few times and this was our favorite house. The pool area was great and proximity to beach was very good. House was very nice and love the covered grill area. We enjoyed this house and will definitely try to rent again.

Amazing vacation

The property was amazing. It was better than we expected and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s steps from the beach. Close enough to the cute little town that we rode bikes everywhere but far enough away from the crowd. Can’t wait to go back

Terrific Stay in Holmes Beach

This property was paradise. Meticulously appointed and a can't-beat location steps from beach and a short hop over to Anna Maria's bustling Pine Avenue. Property management and property owners were an absolute delight to work with - fast responses to anything we needed with a very helpful attitude. We can't wait to return again and again!

Best vacation spot!

Our stay at the Salty Margarita was everything we wanted it to be! The property was beautiful, wonderfully laid out for our group and perfect for our friend group stay! It is so close to the ocean/beach. Perfect for long walks and enjoying the beach. Also the top deck was amazing for sunset & sunrise viewing. The third floor deck was perfect for catching the sun and also the gas fireplace added a nice atmosphere. We loved the outdoor kitchen, pool & hot tub. We rented a golf cart from Beach Bums and used that for top to bottom island exploring. We are hoping to return to the Salty Margarita for our next AMI adventure!

Perfection!

So much to love about this house. Proximity to the beach was ideal. We ate outside on the beautiful outdoor deck every day. Anna Maria Life Vacations is really awesome. Everyone was a pleasure to talk to and they wanted to fix anything that wasn't perfect.This house has almost everything you can think of that you need for a beach vacation except I wish the house had bikes to use during the stay. We loved our stay at Salty Margarita.

Wonderful house right near the beach!

The house was great for a large group or family with multiple adults. The rooms were well sound-insulated, so things were quiet and private. The house was very nicely remodeled, and setup for families being together during the day, separate for sleeping. The pool was nice! But, we spent most of our time on the beach. The outdoor kitchen was great, just wish it were screened in for mosquitoes! Overall, would highly recommend the Salty Margarita.

Best Salty Margaret Ever

I hate to admit it, but I'm very picky when renting a home on the beach. This home is one of their best, every thing you could possibly want and you are only steps to the beautiful beach. The air-conditioning on the top floor kept you very cool and we had more than enough hot water for 8 adults to shower. We didn't need anything from the rental company, but have always had awesome service in past stays. I would highly recommend, and we will definitely stay again.

Place was awesome. Outfitted very well and really enjoyed our stay. Your team was awesome handling our last-minute reservation as well. BTW - I broke a wine glass. Property not ready on time

Property fabulous, but paying $495 to AMI and walking into home and having cleaning people still working on house and having their representatives say you can go in around them and making you feel like it was no big deal that it wasn't already cleaned, and a sarcastic comment about me sending and email to the owner about the problems. The only person that I felt was sincerely apologetic was Tracy. Guy and Rachel were sarcastic and argumentive.

Best vacation ever

Our family has rented several properties over the years in various locations. We all agreed that this was the best ever! The layout of the house was perfect for grandparents and adult children/families to have their own space plus plenty of outdoor space to get together. The description and pictures are very accurate. Kitchen is very well equipped and we cooked most every night of our stay. Outdoor kitchen is perfect for grilling and plenty of seating. Note that there is a Keurig coffee maker as well as a standard one. Also, there is a bathtub in the 5th bath if you have little ones . (We didn’t see those details in description) Best features of this house are the fantastic outdoor spaces with views, the extremely comfortable beds, private pool area, and elevator that helps with moving in/out . It’s important to mention that the house was very clean and well maintained. Also the pool was serviced and water checked twice during our 1 week stay. Our family was here in mid-December of 2020. We wanted a house where we could relax but stay in our “family bubble”. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for that and the water temp was wonderful even though air temp only got over 70 one time . Beach access is very easy and several chairs were provided. Keep in mind that this is a very quiet residential area and there is an enforced noise ordinance from 10 pm to 7 am. Would love to return to Salty Margarita some day. This was our first trip to AMI but won’t be the last !

A magnificent home matched by the beauty of the Island!

The Salty Margarita is even better than the photos. This 4 bedroom, 5 bath beautifully decorated home was a perfect place for our adult family of 8. Kudos to whoever decorated this home! The outdoor space was as equally spectacular! We enjoyed every level from the home during our stay, from game room on the first floor with access to the pool, hot tub and covered seating area, the wonderful open living space on the second floor, to the outdoor sitting area equipped with a gas fire pit on the second third floor to the roof top deck to view the spectacular sunsets. We spent many nights cooking (fully equipped kitchen) or ordering in, and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen/dining space for the majority of our meals. The owners thought of everything to keep guests entertained with an abundance of TV’s, games (puzzles, checkers, corn hole, etc.). The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with steps away from the Gulf with close proximity to everything on the Island. This is the place to stay if you are looking for a fabulous place vacation in a clean, beautifully appointed home on Anna Maria Island.

Big clean fun house

Great place !! There was only me and my girlfriend that stayed ! It was very comfortable inside and out . The outside decks made lovely areas to lounge around in the day and night ,with a stunning private pool area. Great sea views . Beds and bedding where very comfortable. Great place for big family to enjoy .
