Clean comfortable house with an ideal location!

Naples Park Bungalow

Clean, cozy and safe house in Naples. Close to all amenities and multiple beaches. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, newly remodeled, and extremely responsive host

Location was in a local neighborhood and a very convenient and close drive to Vanderbilt beach and anywhere else in Naples. Not really walking distance to main areas.

Clean, Modern, Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in Naples. This home was exceptionally clean and bright. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. The residential area felt very safe. The kitchen was well equipped, indoor temps were easily managed, and all the appliances were modern and easy to figure out. We would recommend staying at this property.

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I needed a few days off to relax. The property is very clean and tastefully decorated, mostly new everything which makes it very nice. Kitchen is well stocked with basic necessities. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to a ton of shopping, restaurants and a few beaches (driving distance). The back yard is very cute and private as well. The management was supper easy to communicate with and the responses were in a timely manner. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Quick getaway

Lots of IKEA furnishings. Super clean, newly renovated. Met our needs. Seating in the living room was not comfortable and had some stains. Strongly recommend upgrading to a couch and stuffed chair or two.

must be new owners

The property was recently renovated. However, for the time spent and money charged, supplies were insufficient, some lights not working for a newly renovated property, water not hot enough for showers and bare minimum supplies in the kitchen and beddings. Perhaps owners will make it a five star the next time around. It has all the potentials.

The property is very curb appealing with well maintained yard and neat / clean inside. The kitchen and beds are very nice. I had to buy some items to make it stayable (only 2 towels provided were small and paper thin, no bath room mats, shower very slippery so purchased an anti slip mat, etc. Communication with PM (Ray) very challenging...mailbox always full, no response to text/ email, etc. Upon arrival all four trash cans were stuffed to the top with rotting garbage and maggot infested. No surprise there were rodent sounds in the ceiling. Texted " Ray" he replied "ok" when I detailed the issue and asked for an exterminator. That never happened, but fortunately a Red Breasted Hawk was aware and ate one a couple days in the back yard, so problem may be solved. Its a shame, because the owners clearly tried hard to present a nice home, but the management of the property is very poor. As I said, it could be excellent. As is, its a clean home, well furnished and livable if you can overlook the trash and rodent situation. Great location, easy walk drive to every convenience.

Naples Getaway

The house is very charming and fits right into the neighborhood. The furniture is very new and everything was clean and updated. The back porch was a quiet place to drink coffee and having a garage with full washer and dryer was handy even for a short stay. We were able to get to the Vanderbilt beach by car (short drive) and go walk onto the crowded beach (there during the holiday so not unexpected). We really liked the house - it's great. Literally the only thing that was poor was the property management company did not answer our questions leading up to the visit through the APP and then did not send us the check in procedures. We had a minute of panic as we got there and didn't have a way to get in. But after spending 30 minutes on the phone getting VRBO to reach out to them directly that was corrected. So again loved everything - the only two things (of course there is something to suggest for an improvement) is that the in the hallway bathroom we could not get the bath water to turn hot. It was like the handle had been set to where you could only turn it so far. So the kids just pilled into the other bathroom to take showers. That was fine (as that one got plenty hot) but a little annoying that all of us had to use 1 shower when we paid to get a house with 2 bathrooms. The only other thing was minor but the Internet Router is in the main bedroom and it for some reason has a high pitched internal fan running. So at night we just unplugged the Internet so we could sleep. But again these were minor inconveniences and the property is GREAT!
