Newly renovated boutique 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom accommodation located in the heart of Shoal Bay. Villa Jol is the perfect spot for families, couples and girls weekends.

Wedged between two stunning beaches, Villa Jol’ is conveniently located only a short 5 minute walk to the shores of beautiful Shoal Bay beach, local restaurants and cafes and only a 10 minute walk to popular surf beach - Zenith. A number of bush walking trails are also on Villa Jol's door step. It is the perfect base to soak up the magic Shoal Bay has to offer.

Filled with beautiful furnishings and light-filled living spaces, you will have the entire place to yourself including access to two bicycles, beach umbrella and beach cart. Each bedroom has a king size bed with luxury French flax linens and high quality bamboo sheets included. Nespresso coffee pod machine, basic toiletries and towels are also included. Every detail has been thought of that will make you feel right at home.

Our favourite eating options in Shoal Bay are Shoal Bay Country Club, Atmos, Mod Thai and Gianni's. Just a short drive away, the Little Nel, In House Kitchen and Inner Light Tea Rooms are great for breakfast or lunch. Little Beach Boathouse, Rick Stein's at Bannisters and The Anchorage are also incredible lunch and dinner options.

If you prefer a relaxing night in, we recommend sunset drinks and a BBQ on the balcony taking in the beautiful water views followed by a movie on the 60 inch smart TV.

Excellent stay in Shoal Bay

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Location was excellent. Apartment was clean and air conditioned. Jemma responded promptly to our messages. Only con we had was that there were only 1 and a half rolls of toilet paper provided for 3 adults. We had to go out and buy some. The clothes airer was also quite flimsy. It would have been nicer to have another set to dry the beach towels. Other than that we had a great stay!

Quaint spot

We had a great stay at Villa Jol'. Did not realise it was a unit when I booked so was surprised. Once we got into the unit we were relieved. The unit is clean and tidy with everything you would need for a short stay for a couple of people. Jemma was great with clear instructions. I liked that it was far enough from the main street you couldnt hear the noise but not far enough you couldnt walk (although back to the unit was all uphill). Was a lovely stay

Great spot for a little getaway. We booked last minute and communication with Jemma was great. The outside of the property is a little underwhelming but once inside the apartment, it's been BEAUTIFULLY decorated and styled. It is walking distance down to the shops & restaurants but if you have an issue with steep hills, you may struggle with the walk back up. However, we took advantage of the courtesy bus from the fabulous Shoal Bay Country Club which brought us back up the hill after a great night out! The Smart TV meant we could stream our favourite shows when the weather turned rainy one afternoon. And the comfy couch made for a good napping spot too. We would happily go back and stay again.

Relaxing Stay

Amazing stay

Great stay - would highly recommend to anyone! Great unit, in a great location. The unit was beautifully furnished, extremely clean and well equipped with everything you need. The host ,Jemma, was very easy to communicate with and made everything very seamless!

Wonderful stay!

Shoal Bay was a wonderful place to settle in and call home for a month. There is so much to see and do in this beautiful area, there's no shortage of beaches, biking & hiking trails. Villa Jol' is in a great location, it's close enough to main street & the beach but far enough away to be peaceful. The home backs on the Tomaree National Park. Brett and Gemma were wonderful hosts, providing us with prompt responses to questions or concerns and great advice for our journey up the coast. Thank you for sharing your home!

Stunning Shoal Bay

We spent four nights at property. It was exactly as shown in photos. Very clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Use of two bikes was great! Lovely beaches in walking distance and plenty of restaurants in the town and area. We loved it and would definitely recommend. Thank you Jemma, great host.

Love This Place

The property is in an amazing location, easy to get to the beach and local restaurants and bars, but hard walk back up the hill. The apartment was clean and spacious, and has everything you need. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you

Perfect family apartment for beach holidays

The apartment was beautifully renovated and so much thought was put into the amenities which made our stay so easy and relaxing. Location is excellent. Jemma was easy to communicate with and check in and out was no hassle. We even forgot a few items and they helped arrange pickup. Beds and lounge were comfy, and the little extras such as beach cart, high chair and cot, board games and even the little goodies left made our stay SO much more comfortable and enjoyable!! Thank you Jemma and Brett.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very nice and clean in a very good location. 5 min walks to the centre and beach. Jemma is great and left us a lovely hamper package on our arrival. Would definitely recommend staying at this place.
