This cozy MTL Vacation Rentals apartment of 1100 sq ft is ideally located on the beautiful Laurier Ave. East and it includes:
- 55" ROKU HD TV (Live tv or LOG IN to your favorite account: Netflix, Crave, Disney+, Amazon Prime...)
- Fast WIFI
- A/C and heating
- Stand-up ventilator in every bedroom for personalized comfort
- Kid friendly: Pack and Play style crib, high chair, baby dishware
- Sunny balcony and private back patio with BBQ*
- Free private parking spot
- Fully equipped kitchen with cooking basics (spices, olive oil, aluminum foil etc)
- Keurig coffee machine with pods

Everything you might need is just a few corners away (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, trendy boutiques, shops, bars, restaurants). Buses and taxis on the street, and Bixi station (bike rental service in Montreal) on the corner.
The apartment is also just a few steps to the bus stop bringing you downtown or to the metro station towards the old Montreal within minutes. You could also decide to walk to the Mont-Royal avenue (7-8 minutes) or visit by foot the trendy neighbourhood Plateau-Mont-Royal, because your are right in it.
The dedicated parking spot makes it easy to go in and out.
Getting Around:
From the Airport, 30-45 minute cab ride will bring you to the apartment.
From the apartment you can get downtown or to Old Montreal by metro and with buses (45 on Papineau street or 27 on St-Joseph street) in 25 minutes.
