Details About The Property:
The main floor and basement of a bungalow style duplex. The unit is 1,500 sqft. You enter through the front door and have access to the back door. The yard is fully fenced with a brand new deck, BBQ, and lounge-style dining.

Kitchen & Living Room:
Open concept kitchen and living room with views of the TV from all parts of either room. High quality appliances in the kitchen, with a dining table that seats 4. There are 4 TV tray tables to have meals in the living room while sitting on the couch. In the basement, there are tables and enough seating to set up a table that can seat up to 8.

Dedicated Workspace:
There are two desks in a dedicated workspace in the cozy basement. Up to 4 people can work in this space. Each desk has available electrical outlets to plug in laptops and devices. The desks are counter height, with rattan counter height stools for seating.

Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms upstairs each with queen beds, full length mirrors, and plenty of hooks for clothes, and space to stow luggage. In the cozy and beautifully designed basement, is the third bedroom with two queen beds, a full length mirror, plenty of hooks and room to stow luggage.

Bathrooms:
There are two bathrooms. The upstairs 3-piece fully restored bathroom includes a beautiful brand new combination tub/shower unit and a 30.5" vanity. There are shelves in the bathroom to hold your toiletries and there is also room under the sink. The downstairs bathroom is a fully restored 3-piece ensuite with a new combination tub/shower unit and a 30.5" vanity with shelves for toiletries and plenty of storage under the sink.

Check-in Times:
We will be available to help you check in between the hours of 5pm and 9pm. If you are planning on arriving after 9pm PLEASE MAKE SURE TO COMMUNICATE THIS TO US. Sometimes guests have user-error-challenges with opening the smart lock. We do not want you to be stranded and unable to open the door!

Ski Vacation Stay

I would give it a 4 1/2 stars if possible. Very clean. Location was great for us. Close to everything in Golden. Grocery store very close, 1 block away, and Whitetooth Brewery across the street. Great place for a nice beer after skiing for the day. Would not hesitated to stay again. Property manager very easy to deal with. Did I mention it was very clean. Thanks for the stay.

The place was very well set up and the kitchen was well-equipped. The basement was the highlight with a study and big beds. There were grocery stores at walkable distance. The access from the trans canada highway was excellent and easy. We only wished that the TV worked with some basic channels - for the news-hungry dads. Overall, great accommodation!

Great location

We stayed here for two nights with friends for a golf getaway . The duplex was in a great location, right across from a brewery and the IGA on the other side. Only about 5 minutes to the golf course. The place was clean and perfect for two couples. We barbecued one night only to find the propane tank empty. However, we refilled the tank and Collette reimbursed us immediately. Great service. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Clean comfortable newly renovated. Great location. Great spot to use as base to explore all the beautiful sites in the area. Brewery across the road ideal place to unwind after long day of exploring

Family vacay

Property is exactly as described. 2 levels. Plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen full of supplies for family dinner with grill outside. Enjoyed location as it was super close walk to several restaurants, kicking horse pedestrian bridge, and river. Easy drive to yoho. Property was sufficient for our family of 6.

Great flat for 6 adults with everthing you'd nee

We were 6 family members, all adults, together for a family wedding. The flat was spotless and exactly as the pictures showed and had everything we needed. Colette was very quick to respond right from booking right through to any questions while we were there. I had asked if there was any a/c 2 days before we arrived as temperatures were predicted to be very high during our stay. When we arrived she had fans and an a/c unit in place and we were very comfortable. Great location. 2 minute walk to a grocery store and coffee shop and then onto a beautiful walk along the river. 7 - 10 minute walk to a number of pubs and restaurants. Fabulous stay

Golden Gem

The property is newly remodeled and super clean. It’s like being in an IKEA showroom. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. It has 2 levels and she downstairs is quite large and has 2 beds, sitting area, bathroom, washer and dryer and work stations. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and small living room. It’s a short walk to town and the restaurants in Golden are really good for such a small town. It would have been nice to have a guest book that gave information on the town - favorite restaurants etc. I know the owner is going to landscape and improve the walk way now that the winter is over. It’s right next to an IGA super market. The location was close to town and Kicking Horse resort which was the primary reason we stayed there. Coleen the owner was responsive to any requests for info. Would definitely stay there again.
