Country Tudor large pool hot tub

This unique, Tudor styled home is located on a no thru street in a forested area with farms and wineries nearby. It’s 10 minutes by car to the famous Butchart gardens and 20 minutes to downtown Victoria. You will have private access to the 4bed/2 bath house. Fun, family time to be had with pool table, darts and board games. The inground pool is heated mid June to mid September but is a “refreshing” temperature. The hot tub is ready for warming up or long soaks under the stars.
The space
This unique tudor-styled home is located on a no thru street in a forested area with farms and wineries nearby. It’s 10 minutes by car to the famous Butchart Gardens and 20 minutes to Downtown Victoria, with quick access to Sidney, BC Ferries and airport via the Patricia Bay Highway. You’ll have private access to the whole four bedroom/2 bathroom house. The large master bedroom has a pillow top queen bed with separate couch area with fireplace and TV. The second bedroom has another comfortable queen bed. The third bedroom on the upper floor has a plush double bed. The fourth bedroom is down on the main floor with a double Murphy bed and door to the back deck. This relaxing home is ready to host your family up to eight people. There’s plenty to do for entertainment, a large flatscreen television in the living room with cozy brick fireplace. Fun family time to be had in the games room with pool table, darts, card table, board games, and piano. Our large back deck provides plenty of space for barbecuing overlooking the private, treed backyard with seasonal creek. The 20 x 40 inground pool is surrounded by mature tropical plants and Palm trees giving you the real vacation feel. Pool is heated mid June to mid September but it’s still a “refreshing”temperature. The hot tub on the deck is ready for warming up or long soaks under the stars. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, icemaker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and more. Plastic dinnerware provided for outdoor/pool use. Everything you need for your home away from home. Pool rules: children must be supervised at all times, no exceptions. No running, no glass or food in pool, no peeing, no rough play, use at your own risk. Pool and property maintenance will take place two times per week up to three hours host will be close by and available for any questions during your stay. Other things to note
General pool and yard maintenance will be performed twice a week for up to 3 hours usually on Wednesdays and Saturdays but can be flexible upon request.
