Stepping into The Embers at Brasada Ranch, guests will be greeted with Cascade Mountain views through cathedral windows, vaulted ceilings, and an open-concept floor plan ideal for entertaining and gathering. The stately living room features plush seating, a grand fireplace framed by floor-to-ceiling stonework, gorgeous hardwood flooring, and a wall of windows offering plenty of natural light and scenic views. Preparing and gathering for meals will be a dream with a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a dining room table for 8, and additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The second level features a bonus TV room complete with a game table, a comfortable sectional couch for lounging, and a designated work area - perfect for sending a few emails before an early morning tee time. When guests are ready to retire for the evening, there is a bunk room and a queen bedroom with an en suite bath and walk-in shower on the 2nd floor, as well as a queen guest bedroom, primary suite, and king with an en suite bath on the 1st floor.

Beautiful Home in Need of Cleaning/Maintenance

This home is gorgeous and very well set up for family or large groups. However, when we arrived we discovered several issues with broken/damaged items and lack of cleanliness. We discovered dirty underwear on the floor of the primary room closet, broken blinds on the main room sliding door - that clearly had been discovered as broken but not fixed or remedied, sticky floors, unclean sheets, full bathroom garbages and dirty patio/outdoor furniture to start... The electric bikes in the garage did not have fully working brakes.The water in the refrigerator did not work. The coffee pot had not been cleaned. I would have liked to look past the issues but they just kept adding up as we got comfortable in the home. The property manager did respond in a timely manner and offered for housekeeping or maintenance to come out to try to address some of the issues. At that point we only had a few days in the home to celebrate a family birthday and did not wish to be interrupted. I appreciated the offer, but these are issues that should have been addressed before we arrived to a luxury resort rental. I would not return to this property, which unfortunately is more a reflection of the property management than the home itself. I would be hesitant to recommend anyone looking for a luxury rental experience stay in this home. 5 star home 2 star cleaning/maintenance.

Great House, Bad Property Manager

It is a great house, and works well for large groups. However, the property manager did a poor job. We had to call for check-in instructions, response times were slow and amenities shown in the photos were not included with the rental. Most notably were the e-bikes shown in the photos of the property listing and the property's Instagram page which were not available during our stay. When we asked the property manager about this, they did not answer until our stay was almost over and simply replied that amenities are not guaranteed. The house was nice, but BBQ was filthy, the fire pit had no propane and the dishwasher needs repaired. All things the property manager should have taken care of prior to our stay along with the e-bikes. If I were the property owner I would look for a new property manager. We will look for homes that are not managed by Meredith Lodging going forward.

All good with one exception...

This was a business retreat and the house was wonderful, clean and comfortable. Decorated beautifully. The only thing we would point out is there is the glass or plexiglass that surrounds the BBQ area is deadly for birds. When we arrived, there was a dead bird on the left side prep area. I removed it. The next evening, we were enjoying a cocktail and another bird flew right into the glass. It was stunned but came around 10 minutes later and flew off. It was hard to watch. The following morning, we came out to see yet another dead bird on the left side prep area. If the glass has to be there, may I suggest hanging a piece of stain glass or something classy that would deter the birds from trying to fly through that area. Other than that, I highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Fabulous Home

Beautiful spacious home with well stocked kitchen & modern high end appliances. (Two ovens helped with our meals.) Outdoor patio with excellent seating options and grilling opportunities. Diverse group of family members all had personal space for their activities. Will stay here again!!
