Great location

Great value for money. Birds and wildlife bountiful. Comfortable beds. Place could use some TLC and better cleaning. Nature in the Grampians is fantastic: had a great time!

Enjoyable stay, although property is tied & could do with a spring clean + some maintenance ! Priced quite high compared other newer accommodation in the area . Great location.

It was a very cold trip , property a bit tired , car parking on a slope is a problem , extremely difficult to get cases up around back no path or worse up the spiral staircase . Ensuite and bedroom up another difficult spiral staircase . No mirror , no shower , no plug to dry hair, toilet no door.no hand soap People in the lounge can hear you in the Toilet ! 1 tea towel , no spare toilet paper !on the upside lovely surrounding s , animals and birdlife everywhere . House comfortable once fire on or air con .

This was a lovely quiet getaway property tucked away, it was very clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Bed was really comfy and couch very easy to snuggle into for a movie. Double spa was definitely a highlight along with wood heater. Overall I would give it a 9/10, definitely not a place for anyone with mobility issues because of the stairs. Definitely recommend to you 😊

Pleasant stay in quiet location.

Two night stay. Clean and tidy. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would stay again. Not suitable for those with impaired mobility.

What do you want more? Perfect!

This house has everything you need in this beautiful area. Kangaroos, cockatoos, kookaburra in the garden. And inside an excellently equipped kitchen, a lovely loft with bedroom and of course the bathroom with spa. Everything was nicely taken care of and Marina and Bishoy always provided clear information well in advance. Perfect hosts. We enjoyed our stay and were sorry to leave :)

Road Trip!

We love Halls Gap and had to make it part of our road trip. The accommodation was amazing with fantastic views. Cockatoos, kangaroos and emus were all visitors, along with maggies, and blue wrens. We loved our stay!
