Little slice of heaven

Great stay from beginning to end. Cozy, comfortable and very clean. Communication with the host was very clear which made everything go smoothly and all essential comforts of home were provided. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Great location.

Convenient spot in Norman

First off, the property owner did something I've never seen before and I wish all property owners would do it. She sent a short video showing some of the idiosyncrasies of the property that might not be super obvious. Very helpful and a very nice touch. This property was convenient for us who were in town for an OU football game. It's walking distance to several great restaurants and shops on the strip of Main Street. It's also only 1.5 miles from the stadium, so if you are good with walking that distance it takes the stress and cost out of parking for the game. The property came as described and would stay there again.

Great Hideaway

This was a perfect spot to get away for a week in Norman. The property is close to old downtown so it’s an easy walk for grabbing a coffee, dinner, or drinks. If you’re going to campus it’s a nice 30 minute walk if you don’t want to hassle with a car. The space is off the street so it was quiet and secluded enough to not feel like you were in the middle of town. The accommodations were nice and the introduction video that was sent really did a great job of explaining the features of the space. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need to cook while you are there. If you’re looking for a great place to stay I would definitely check this place out.This has moved up to my go to spot when I come to Norman.

Great little Cottage

The cottage was clean, had the essentials, and the bed was comfy. The host was available the entire time if we had any questions. The cottage is small, it fit 2 adults and 1 teen, I wouldn't have anymore than that though as it is best for 2 people. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was only a 4 minute drive to the OU campus. I would stay there again if we ever have the need to.

Exactly as promised

Cute and cozy little cottage! Very clean. Very comfortable. Great instructions were provided ahead of time and upon arrival. We ran out of toilet paper and Lauren quickly responded. Within 2 hours we had toilet paper delivered to our front door. The location is just blocks from main street down town area. Good off street parking.

The heat doesn't reach the bathroom or main bedroom when it's cold outside. You might want to place a portable space heater in there. Other than that everything was good.

Worst place and people ever

If iI could rate below 0 I would. Everything was mediocre until the mouse strolled in 20 hours after my arrival. I left immediately after contacting the owner and property management. The owner accused me of letting the mouse in as well as letting in the spiders and flies which were found dead on the floor. All of this has been verified by video/ pictures. It was above 80 when I arrived so unwelcoming,There is no toilet paper rack so after using the bathroom us women have to stand perhaps drip before wiping. Worst of all I was charged for not only the night I stayed ( with the mouse) but also the night I found the mouse even though I left at 5:00 pm that day. The lack of care for the customer in this situation is appalling. I shared my review with the owner and that person came back on me and said she was going to write a bad review about me unbelievable!
