The building is centrally located in the core of historic downtown Victoria, and walkable to everywhere in the downtown amenities.
You can access the rooftop through an elevator which provides a 360-degree view of the city.

Great stay, great property manager!

Michael was super helpful and responsive, and let us check in early to the apartment after a long day of travel which that alone is five stars. :) the apartment was very nice and clean, and checkin was super smooth. short walk to a lot of nice amenities/restaurants/activities. thank you!

Excellent location with all the amenities

A very good apartment in a prime location in downtown Victoria. Park in the provided secure parking and walk everywhere in the downtown area. Was great to have a secure place for our bikes when we weren’t using them. Added benefit was the coffee place outside the ground floor. Communication was excellent with the host. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Location

This property is perfectly situated if you are looking to experience downtown Victoria. Everything you could want or need is within walking distance. The unit is the perfect size for a couple and even comes with laundry facilities. The pay per use mini bar in the fridge was a very nice touch and extremely convenient if you are travelling all day. There is a 7-11 just down the street which is open 24 hours as well.

The only negative thing I could say about this condo is the lack of air conditioning and no screens on the windows. Otherwise, it was perfect!

The area is shady and the entrance to the parking is barricaded because it is not a nice area. We did not feel safe going into the underground. The owner let us know 15 minutes before the power was going off for 3 hours, right before we were going to check in. We were able to get up to the unit but all we could tell was it was dark, much smaller than the pictures and had a weird smell. We definitely could not move our stuff in and unpack in the dark and we had to get another place to stay. We asked for a refund but the owner refused. If you rent this place, you better hope nothing goes wrong because the owner has no pride in ownership and will not take any responsibility for the unit. Also you better call Vrbo right away because that's the only way they might do something to help you. Good luck if you decide to stay here!
