The property is approximately a 15-minute drive from Sunshine Coast Airport.

- There are no stairs inside or outside the property.
- To access the on-site parking, from Gold Coast Highway, turn left into Princess Palm Resort, immediately turn left and drive straight until you reach a gate. Tap the fob against the reader to open the gate and turn right. Look for car space 23C (third from the end on the left).
