It's just a 20-minute walk to Lynn Valley Village and 37 minutes to Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge. A bus stop is only a 2-minute walk from your door. The newly renovated garden-level suite is sanitized, super clean, and smoke-free, ensuring a comfortable and private stay.

### The Space
Our street marks the beginning of a popular and spectacular trail, frequently visited by hikers and bikers. This location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts who also wish to remain close to city attractions.

The suite includes:
- A sleeper futon/sofa
- TV with Netflix
- Small dining table and kitchenette with a two-burner portable stove, electric grill, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and coffee maker
- Bedroom with a new queen-size bed, mattress, folding table, and office chair

### Guest Access
The suite has a separate entrance from the front yard of the house, ensuring no contact with other individuals for COVID safety precautions. Upon entering the driveway, you will see the suite door on the front left side, just under the deck. Free parking is available with a permit, but there is no in-suite laundry.

A 20-minute walk will take you to the vibrant Lynn Valley Village, offering a variety of dining options including Brown Social House Restaurant, Black Bear Neighborhood Pub, Tommy's Breakfast, a Chinese restaurant, Starbucks, Waves Coffee, Delany's Coffee, Papa John's Pizza, Fresh Slice, and Pizza Hut. Additionally, you'll find Save-On-Foods, Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Winners.

Please ensure the following:
1. As we live in bear country, never leave any food items, recyclables, compost, or garbage outside.
2. Leave the bedroom window open at checkout.
3. Don't forget to leave the parking permit on the table.
