If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

For your added security, we will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Modern, clean, convenient, comfortable.

We stayed for 2 nights at this property. It was clean, the beds, bed linen, towels and everything was clean and super comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed. Bathrooms were beautiful. Communication with host was easy and prompt. No hesitation in recommending this property.

Wonderful experience

The check in process was super easy, when contacting the agent it was a very fast process who was always helpful and provided insightful answers. The listing was accurate providing all the relevant information. In a very good area with the shops a 5 minute walk away or a 2 minute drive. When first using all the cutlery and glasses the majority of them had small marks and stains on them and a nappy was left inside the bin in the house. Despite this everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and would stay there again.
