The light rail(Glink) - Broadbeach North station (next to the Casino). The Glink runs from Broadbeach through Surfers Paradise and Southport to the Gold Coast hospital and runs every 7 minutes. You may purchase tickets from each station or purchase a GO card from any 7-11 general store.

Enjoy the luxury retailers and world-class entertainment at the doorstep. Take the lift downstairs and treat yourself to the award-winning restaurants, coffee, bars, and pubs. Only a 400M walk or take a free shuttle bus to Australia's biggest shopping centre and Australia's largest regional convention centre.

Shuttle to Pacific Fair: Free shuttle service from Pacific Fair is available to guests visiting the Gold Coast and drives as far north as Main Beach and as far south as Burleigh Heads!
The shuttle service runs daily and operates the following hours:
Monday to Sunday: 9 am - 5:30 pm daily.

• By pedestrian footbridge at the northern end you will easily access Australia's largest regional convention centre - The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.

• You could also choose from a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and bars just downstairs, a mix of high-end dining experiences and relaxed alternatives.

• Direct access to The Casino of Broadbeach’s leisure and entertainment precinct that boasts some of the region’s best bars and restaurants.

• Payment- You “Submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now or may select the “Pay less upfront” option (Payment options are subject to change by Airbnb - This is a guide only). We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately, a property can not be held until the payment is made and the property is officially booked.

• Deposit- Airbnb does NOT charge the damage deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.

• Cleaning- Exit cleaning only. Extra paid daily cleaning on request.

• If excess cleaning/repairs are required (standard cleaning and linen are included in your price), such as Wall Damage, Color Stains on carpet or sofa, etc need to be treated by professional cleaning, this must be applied to your account. The minimum excess charge is AUD $165. Please enjoy yourself and make sure you look after our property and follow the important booking terms and conditions. Only less than 1% of bookings had an excess charge applied.

• IMPORTANT - The reservation holder MUST present a valid government-issued photo ID on arrival for Identity Verification and Anti-Fraud Measure as part of the Check-In process.

• The number of guests on the booking only.

• The keys are expensive to replace. Lost swipe card/key will incur a charge of $200 ea.

• Please note the towels are not replenished during your stay. DO NOT remove any linen and towels from the apartment or exchange with the STAR housekeeping.

• Please dispose of small bagged waste via the Rubbish Chutes which are behind the Refuse Room door on each floor. Larger waste must be taken down to the bulk waste room on level 2. PLEASE DO NOT place any rubbish/recycling on the floor at the Rubbish Chute and corridor. Fines may apply.

• We appreciate our guests leaving the room clean and tidy.

• The building amenities/facilities are subject to on-site management and we don't take responsibility for the closure during the stay.

• Please comply with the Body Corporate policy, and the Hotel house rules, and respect neighbors and staff during the stay. The Body Corporate / Hotel Security / Owners / Holiday Paradise take breaches of the policy&rules and other issues involving common sense seriously. The breach may result in the termination of the reservation for the property, and the removal of the Guest (s) and other occupants from the property. Kindly note if the guests are evicted, the guests will be responsible for the corresponding losses, and penalty charges and will have to cover their own costs.
