Welcome to this beautiful mansion, 6bed 6bath.
My House is spacious and custom-built with 6 beds and 6 baths. Perfect for 8-10 guests that could enjoy their stay.

Other things to note
【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We have a security system and outside surveillance cameras that are triggered by noise and motion. We will call to force evacuating the guest's entire group based on verbo policy. A $1000 fine will be charged for the rule violation.
【QUIET HOURS 10 PM-8 AM 】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our home, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! We have a quiet hours policy between 10 pm and 8 am which is really for the sake of our neighbour's sanity but also happens to coincide with the City of Vancouver noise ordinance.

【NO SMOKING】
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. A $750 extra cleaning fee will apply if the house is smoked in.

Shoes should be taken off on black door mats.

Spacious and clean

House was comfortable for our weekend trip. Most of the bedrooms had their own bathroom which was very convenient. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed the ping pong table and movie theater. Thanks for hosting us Azad!

Daughters 30th

Had the best time this weekend. Spent most of our time in the movie room relaxing. Thanks for going the extra mile and having the ballon wall set up for us when we got there. Memories with my daughters!

Pleasant stay with not many amenities

Overall the house is cute. It’s smaller than the pictures. We were worried when we pulled up to other cars in the driveway and a window open. The family lives next door but it’s not mentioned at all. We didn’t get the instructions for check in until a few hours before even though I reached out the evening prior. There are quite a few locked doors in the house too. The large kitchen is not useable. If you are a family that cooks you’ll be stuck in the butler’s kitchen which gets super hot while cooking. The non stick coating on the wok is scratched. The plastic kids bowls were dirty. There was food and trash left in the house. The owners did send someone to pick it up 2 days later. There aren’t enough toiletries, we bought paper towels and tissue boxes. We also had to buy hand soap for the kitchen as there wasn’t a refill. The finishes of the house are old and the dishwasher was either dirty or had some mold. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and we enjoyed the movie room. The space is nice, just know you have to furnish a lot on your own.
