Private Room With Ensuite
Hello! Welcome to my abode.
Your private room is a master bedroom in my 3 bedroom home which is a semi detached duplex. Your room is bright with a view to the back secluded garden. It has a queen sized bed (very comfortable mattress - medium to firm) with plenty of wardrobe and storage space as well as a pedestal fan and TV to watch streaming apps. Your bathroom has a shower, vanity with basin, mirror and a toilet. Towels are provided.
Guest access - You will have access to your room through the front or the side doors to the property and your private room is accessed from inside the house. There is no separate entrance. Access to your private ensuite and toilet is through your bedroom. There are no locks on bedroom doors but there is a large lockable cabinet in your room if you need. Your privacy will be respected at all times and your room will not be accessed during your stay.
You will also have access to my home which includes kitchen facilities, living room, outdoor areas and BBQ. The two other bedrooms are utilised by myself and not accessible to guests.
During your stay - I work most weekdays so I will not be home during those days. I will most likely be around in the evenings and various times over the weekend. Having stayed in shared accomodation myself I understand that guests may need space and privacy to wind down from a hectic day of sightseeing. In saying that, I am happy to provide info or recommendations and always open to having a friendly chat.
Other things to note - My home is packed full of features to make any holiday maker feel right at home. Aircon/heating, smart TV in main living area and free hi-speed wifi.
• The living, dining and kitchen areas are open planned with striking 15 ft ceilings.
• 1 full bathroom including shower and toilet and an extra toilet off the laundry that includes access to a basin and mirror.
• A fully equipped kitchen.
• 2 outdoor areas to enjoy some private time.
• 2 fully fenced yards.
• Shaded back courtyard with outdoor dining and BBQ facilities.
• Free off street parking
