Less than a five minute stroll into central Mudgee, this charming cottage offers an idyllic group getaway where you can explore the local foodie scene, renowned cellar doors and abundance of nature walks on your doorstep. Combining classic details with modern comforts, it boasts a separate granny flat and multiple living spaces. Cosy up in front of the fireplace, roast marshmallows around the chimnea, or relax by the beautiful palm-fringed swimming pool with a fairy-light strung cabana.
From summers spent beside the pool while whipping up a feast on the BBQ, to cosy winter evenings in front of the fireplace, this home is a true year-round sanctuary.
From the outset, you’ll be instantly captivated by its charm. The front porch provides a sublime spot to sip your morning coffee over a good book. Inside, a fully equipped country kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, making the most of the region’s artisanal produce. There’s a large dining table inside along with seating outside in the cabana. In the evening, spread out on the leather lounge chairs in front of a large TV.
In the main house you’ll find three sumptuous bedrooms with central air-conditioning and heating to keep things comfortable. The primary bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed, reading chair and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, which can be split to provide two single beds. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and benefits from direct access to the two-way main bathroom. Refresh with both a bathtub and shower, stocked with complimentary toiletries for your stay. A second full bathroom adds to your everyday convenience and includes a washing machine.
A standalone granny flat creates privacy for those travelling in a group. Beautifully appointed, it comes with a king-sized bedroom, catered kitchen, dining area and separate lounge space with a TV. You’ll also find a dedicated workspace, full bathroom with laundry facilities and a lush yard with alfresco dining and an outdoor chimnea.
Parking is provided on the driveway. It caters to family or groups, and comes with a handful of amenities, including a travel cot, highchair, and laundry facilities.
