The kitchen is fully renovated and well equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a delicious meal for the family, but if you prefer to cook in the fresh air then fire up the BBQ and enjoy a cool one while the steaks sizzle. The open plan kitchen, dining and living is a great place for the family to gather but if you need a little separation then the upstairs living area is the perfect retreat for those wanting a little piece and quiet.

This home is great for a year round beach holiday. Summers are all about the long beach days so grab the cabana and set up camp while the kids surf world class waves or SUP at the lagoon before heading up to surfclub for a well earned milkshake. If the grown ups get thirsty, stop into the local tapas bar for a cheeky cocktail or a cold beer. During the cooler winter months, get the heart pumping on one of the many beautiful bush walks in the Bouddi National Park. For a quick, easy walk you'll find Captain Cook Lookout just a stone throw from your doorstep, great for seasonal whale watching. Alternatively, take the track down to Winnie Bay for a spot of rock pooling with the kids. Once you've worked up an appetite, head home for dinner, light the eco fire and pour yourself a well deserved galss of red.

There is a self contained unit below the main residence. From time to time the owner may use this unit, however, it has it's own private enrtrance and you will not be disturbed in the main residence.

The Area:
Copacabana is one of the Central Coast's best kept secrets, just 1.5 hours north of Sydney. Just a few steps to some of the best surfing beaches on the Central Coast your hardest decision for the day will be whether to surf, swim or kayak. Take a walk along the sand to Macmasters Beach, feed the ducks at the lagoon along the way and enjoy a dip in the ocean baths. With shops, cafes and restaurants all on your doorstep, you'll find it hard to leave.
